Stayed in the tower suites. Enjoyed the room, although it needs a refresh given 5 star competition in Spore. Service was impeccable: I asked to move and was accommodated immediately. Breakfast in the Horizon Club was up to par. Pool is incredible (I didn't bring my suit, but enjoyed sitting poolside for a few minutes)
Only thing holding me from 5t stars is the need for updated rooms, and the cost (about S$380), which seemed high given location (it's not totally central) and room quality.
Room Tip: if you are located next to an elevator, don't tough it out. Move immediately. They are unusually noisy (it's not the people, it's the mechanics, as the elevators move)
