Fabulous hotel. staff incredible. so helpful. Everyone Knows your name. Pool great. Bit crowded sometimes. I was in North tower. Rooms better in south tower. Mans spa and gym really top notch. Prefer it if patrons adhered to keeping their pants on though.

This is a classy hotel where the quality of the staff and service differentiates it from so many other options. Staff are personable, efficient and on top of things- you can see this by the management roaming the lobby and taking a very hands on role.

As other reviewers have noted, the location is excellent. Easy access to MRT, attached to a mall- with inexpensive dining options in the basement and a grocery store. A walk through the lobby takes you to the Swissotel (not a rec to stay!) where you can ride to the 77th floor and a drink while taking in one of the best views of Singapore.

If given the option, try to stay in the South Tower, where the rooms have been renovated. My room has a nice contrast of warm wood floors and carpet, great lighting, bose wave sound system, large flat screen and balcony.

The price here is not always the best, but if you can get a deal...go for it!

This is excellent and expensive hotel but provides great luxury. The rooms & bathrooms are marvellous. Even rooms have electronic curtains. This is one wonderful experience.

I stayed at the Fairmont for a fortnight on a business cum leisure visit and I had a fabulous time. The rooms are huge and well furnished and each room has a balcony. The hotel is interconnected to the malls and the Swissotel and has an impressive lobby. The bars and restaurants are varied in the experiences and the service is truly outstanding. It woudl be a pleasure to stay here again
