“Great duck and other dishes, but not cheap”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed February 13, 2013

This is our regular go to place for crispy Peking duck. The duck is fantastic and priced well at $68, but you need to reserve one as it runs out fast. The crispy skin is eaten with little pancakes filled with hoisin sauce, scallions and slivers of cucumber, while the meat can be fried with noodles as a separate dish. Do also try the wasabi grilled prawns, vegetables in broth with three different eggs, and ribs. Service is always good.

“Good service @ Imperial”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed December 30, 2012

My partner booked a table for 6 pax at Imperial Treasure on christmas eve and we get to try out one of the famous dish (peking duck) there and it is awesome. We had the salted egg prawns and 3 variety of eggs vege. Both are awesome. However, steamed chicken with mushroom in lotus leaf disappoint us as it is too salty and they doesn't come in in whole chicken but in small pieces. Overall, I like their food and also their speedy services. I would have to say the waiter (Sam Hah) who serve my table provide great services in terms of most request.

“The duck is rather crispy, their set menu not bad either.”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed December 29, 2012

I was invited to this restaurant for my nephew's son's 6 month old birthday party. The set menu is rather nice. The duck is rather crispy, and their dessert is not bad either. The only disadvantage is that the restaurant only sells the duck in whole, and not half, so unless you have at least a table of 10 to 12 people, it is not possible to finish the whole duck. The rest of the food on the set menu seems to be not too bad too.

The other thing that I would complain of is that it takes quite long, about 30 minutes, for each dish to be served. However, we had 4 tables of people for the party, so that probably explains their slow service.

“Will impress your folks”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed December 25, 2012 via mobile

Made reservations the week before- very easy just leave your name & phone number.

The day before your reserved date they will call you to confirm the reservation.

The restaurant has a formal sit down dinner feel. However we did have to ask the staff to hand us our table napkins.

Appetizers
Fried silver fish- crispy crunchy 1.5inch fish with a slightly spicy after taste.
Fried salted tofu- alone the taste so-so but with the accompanying vinegar dip it tasted way much better
Corn soup with minced chicken- this is the best corn soup ive tasted in Singapore. Piping hot thick and the serving generous.

Mains
Roast Peking Duck- heavenly. My siblings & folks devoured the crispy tasty skin & meat in less than 5 minutes

Steamed perch with diced chilli- the dish arrived all covered with red chilli, hiding the tender & melt-in-your-mouth fish meat

Horfun Penang style- generous slices of chinese sausages, delicious prawns with thick rice noodles make this a very filling selection

Dessert
My dad loved the durian pudding, you even have the mouthfeel of durian strands.

Overall the experience was pleasant
- the staff helpful,
- the serving of meals well paced
- you will not be disappointed
