Singapore's new attraction is quite an amazing experience. The gardens themselves, free of charge, are a wonderful way to spend a few leisurely hours. The dramatic views of the Singapore Flyer and the Marina Bay Sands complex in the background highlight the urbanity of the park. The two conservatories - beautiful glass buildings - are quite awesome. The Flower Dome offers changing themes, 'Dutch tulip time' when I was there, may not be too interesting for visitors from non-tropical countries, but the Cloud Forrest, showcasing tropical highlands, is really very impressive.
