The hotel seemed reasonable but I was in a tiny, tiny windowless room. I think the square footage of the bed was greater than the room. I ended putting the suitcase under the desk (there wasn't enough room for a chair) and the only clothes hangers were on the wall over the desk. Not sure what you get but it has to be worth the extra S$10 for the larger room. The location in Chinatown was good and just a couple of blocks away from the Chinatown MRT station. I found the staff to be reasonably helpful and friendly. The lack of breakfast wasn't a concern if you don't mind local food in the morning. Basically OK for a short stay if you are not claustrophobic.
