My partner and I went to dinner here after a show at Resort Worlds Sentosa. We were promptly seated and given menus. The good service ended there. We ordered the appetizer sampler and two entrees as well as drinks. After a couple minutes, the server returned to tell us that they were out of one of our choices. We changed the ordered and waited. My entree then showed up (not my partner's). I was more than halfway through my meal before his entree showed up....still no appetizer. By now, I was out of tea and our server had not bothered to check on our drinks, so I had to flag her down. When we asked why they served our entrees before the appetizers, we were given a non-responsive response. However, knowing Singapore, we were not shocked. We were mostly disappointed that a major U.S. Chain restaurant would not do a better job training their staff on proper service to maintain some consistency in experience. Anyway, we finally received our appetizer though we continued to suffer from an inattentive server and had to flag a server down again when my partner's glass went empty. The food was pretty consistent with what you would get at any Chili's in the U.S., thought the Chicken Fried Chicken my partner ordered did not look quite like a proper fried chicken and he was unimpressed. If you're craving American food, you could do worse, but I expect better from Chili's.
