Singapore Airlines experience was great but on our way back we had Silk Air and it was like a domestic flight which we take to travel within the country (Cramped and uncomfortable). We paid teh same price for the two way journey but I fail to undersatnd why we got silk air on our way back (CCU-SIN-CCU)
If you are into airplanes, then this is the place for you, anyone's dream. if you have any Microsoft Flight Simulator experience, you are certainly ready to go! You are in an exact replica of a Boeing 737-800 cockpit with all the controls you could ever wish to play with. But this isn't play, this is ar eal experience. You sit in the Captain's seat with a real pilot beside you. You decide what you would like to do, where you want to fly and off you go. The outside scenery was a little disappointing I thought, but you are busy with keeping the plane aloft. If you know a little you can use all the radio aids and the autopilot. The time really flies (pun intended) and if you can afford the full hour and a half you will never regret it. One disappointment is that the cockpit is fixed and doesn't do all the three dimensional motion that really real simulator does. The hardest thing is moving on the taxi-ways. That was a bit of a surprise. There are two jump seats and my wife actually enjoyed the experience.
My experiance was fantastic.I took a slot of 45 minutes which costed me 235 Singapore dollars that included a DVD of me flying.Captain Stephen was my instructor and he is an amazing person who answered all my questions and just added to my experiance of the simulator.I would highly reccomend this experiance to all. If you have always fancied yourself as an airline pilot then this is the place to go. Think you can safely land a big jet with 160 passengers on board? Then you can test your mettle here.

I managed to visit 5 airports in my 60 min flight, which cost Sing $275, and would have paid another $275 on the spot if the next slot had been empty. Naturally it wasn't!
I agree this is a touch more expensive than most attractions but if that is the case then save up your money. You MUST DO THIS!!
Ask for Kai-Tak in Hong Kong to get your pulse racing and your palms sweating.
It was an excellent choice for a birthday present, my husband recently celebrated his 60th birthday and this was one of his presents. He loved it, the whole experience is very realistic and it is worth a visit.
