After visiting Singapore flyer, we went down to Seafood Paradise for a nice crab dinner. It was my second time in my life to try crab. We ordered butter, chili and pepper crab. My top choice and the only one I would return for was butter crab. Prepared in creamy tasty sauce, it was such a culinary pleasure for me. We ordered also some fried buns to dip in sauce, OMG, my cholesterol went up, but it was really worthy to me.
On the other hand, my Italian hubby said if the crab is good there is no need to cover it with so much sauce, just use olive oil and some lemon- done! He had mixed feelings about it.
I would go back for my butter crab, nothing else.
