“Luxury & Convenience”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed November 24, 2013

We celebrated our child's birthday over the weekend and the suite was luxuriously furnished with full suite of amenities, which was truly lovely. Rooms are newly renovated and comfortable. Very convenient as it is within walking distance to monorail station, 7-11, KFC, McDonald's, major Sentosa attractions.

We visited this hotel recently. What a beautiful, unique establishment – in a prime location. The reception staff are very friendly and helpful, however be warned of the very high bond that is required (our was $600.00 for 6 nights), and if you have a VISA Debit they will deduct this amount rather than just freeze.

The pool is gorgeous as is the restaurant and lobby.

The rooms, although small are exquisitely furnished with comfy bedding, and mod cons – such as a coffee machine. In house movies are free and play on a loop. The bathroom is spacious and equipped – although not a huge amount of amenities (shampoo / conditioner etc.). There is room service breakfast, and a mini bar – however no dinner, lunch or 24 hour room service – which is a shame. The windows are floor to ceiling and we had an amazing view.

Location is perfect – just a walk across the road to the monorail to get to the waterfront, casino, resorts world etc.

Price is perfect – you get what you pay for.

Room Tip: Request a water view

This hotel is strange in the middle of Sentosa. It has a very European feel and this can be felt in the small room sizes, decor, and architecture. The checkin was very efficient. The reservations staff were excellent. If I was only rating the staff then this hotel would be 5 star. The rooms themselves were very small though quite luxurious. The nespresso machine in the room was a nice touch. The proximity to universal studios was also a plus.
The breakfast was expansive and fresh.

I doubt that I would return.

My boyfriend and I stayed in this hotel for the weekend during mid November. We love the location as it's right next to the monorail station that takes us to VivoCity and around other areas of Sentosa. Also, it's within walking distance from KFC and 7-11.
Check-in time was supposed to be at 3pm, but we were allowed an early check-in at 2pm. Our "Deluxe Double Room" was a bit smaller than what we expected but the bathroom was pretty spacious. The king size bed was extremely comfortable. The view from the hotel room wasn't amazing as it's just facing the trees. Honestly speaking, this hotel is nice but the hotel room seems to be lacking the "wow" factor that we are looking for.
We were not happy because there's a lack of space in the room ie. we wished there was a coffee table available in our room so that we didn't have to eat our meals in bed!
The things we love about this hotel is the tasteful and stylish decor around. We enjoyed chilling out by the beautiful swimming pool as well.
All in all, we had a pleasant stay in this hotel. The staff were very helpful and friendly. But if we were to come back again, we would prefer to stay in the Heritage Premium Room instead of the Deluxe Room.

We loved this modern hotel. The design warm tones and lighting concept gives are unusual for Singapore.
We stayed in one of the wonderful Heritage Suites which we can highly recommend.
The location is excellent in Sentosa, a few meters away from the a station of the monorail.
However if you plan to explore the city you need to plan around 35 minutes to reach the main sights by public transport and 20 by taxi.

we stayed here for 2 nights on 13th &14th Nov, we did not get an early check in as requested and got only 1 room before 11am remaining 2 after 3pm, the service quality at the reception is not much to talk about, you might be made to wait for 30 mins for a simple check out. The best part about the resort is its location just next to the imbiah monorail station so its very convenient to access the island, they have a good spread for breakfast along with a couple of indian dishes. the rooms are average size and comfortable, the bathrooms are quite large and nice. overall a good hotel.

It located at the third monorail station. It's not convient for eating or buying something. When I check in at 4pm, there's no room prepared YET. after i back to the hotel, they just arrange me to the corner room which need to walk for minutes to reach. bfast is ok. may be those hotel at the second monorail station is better.

Room Tip: Try to remind them Serval Times of your request.....
