“Disappointing service with nothing special to offer”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed September 12, 2013 via mobile

Was anticipating this visit as we had a great meal there when I was pregnant (5*rating). This time the service was really extremely slow. We waited a long time between course and had to remind them twice about our dessert. It didn't help that the tables around us (who arrived later) are having their food.

Bread was really nice - as usual. We were prepared to pay about $12 extra for it due to our prior experience. Partner had a starter comprising of tuna. He enjoyed it but it was nothing fanciful. I had fish for mains which was not very fresh and the sauce was overpowering. Mains for partner was a beef stew which was very tender but has a very strong taste. Dessert was sobert with melted chocolate. We also had some strawberry dessert which just tasted like cut strawberry.

Was upset with the lack of service and the very home cooked dishes which we could have done up at home without paying extra. The standards were definitely higher when it first opened.

“A good Long Sunday Lunch”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 29, 2013

The Long Sunday Lunch is a psuedo-buffet with unlimited appetizers, tapas ("pass-arounds") and desserts, and the choice of one main course. Both the food and the service is excellent. Go there with an empty stomach.

There wasn't much of a "romantic" atmosphere; but there were many families who all looked like they enjoyed their lunch!

“The Sunday Brunch is worth the try”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed August 25, 2013 via mobile

Decided to give the Sunday Brunch a try since recommended by friends, we were definitely not disappointed. The spread was great but only setback was that some of the dishes were served by the waiters and they tend to leave out some tables and we had to check the menu to see if we had been served the dish.
Their appetisers were great with museli, flat bread and oysters and they are free flow. For the main course, we had their famous brunch plate which was so-so.
On the wall they was a signboard showing their additional snacks such as foie gras etc.
On the whole for such a wide spread $58 per pax is really worth it and because we had the invited card, my husband & I ended up paying 50% off the total bill.

Extremely poor service. Food nothing special.
Don'throw your money, there are thousands of restaurants better than this one. We wasted our time and our money.

“Best ever!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 1, 2013

The food was amazing. Tried the foie gras and lobster for starters, lamb and grilled beef (from the grill) for main, and chocolate soup for dessert. The ice experience starter was a let down and so was the souffle for dessert. The flat bread with hazelnut dip was really nice (as most reviewers think it should be free). We brought our own wines. 11 dishes and 2 bottles of water plus corkage came up to SGD 800 after discount. It's quite pricey but it's ok once in a while. The servers were knowledgeable and efficient. Everything went so well that we didnt noticed we spent 4 hours at Osia.
