We stayed at this resort last December 2007 for 3days. This place was a huge disappointment. The only best thing about this place are the resort staff. They do the best they can to assist you. The room is filthy , rundown, old and visible molds everywhere. The room that was given to my sister was infested of termites. The closet drawer fell off and revealed an army of termites. Disgusting!!!!
This resort needs major reconstruction. Beach is not existing. You will have to walk towards Tamburi side to get a decent beach area. I did not dare try the pool because it looks like it was never cleaned.
BEWARE! of those guys selling you tours. Take it from me. We got ripped! When they give you a tour price, do not agree right away. I suggest you approach the front desk and ask them the resort's rate on tours. Often times than not, the resorts price is cheaper and more secure. We made a mistake on booking the island/snorkling tour from the guys outside the resort and what a BIG MISTAKE. They took us to this floating restaurant and for a simple lunch it cost the 4 of us $100. NO kidding! Granted we got the freshess seafood but that was way overpriced. When we told the receptionist about our experience she told us we paid too much. She told us for the price we paid, we could have went to this an All you can Eat Seafood restaurant close by.
Learned our leasson. Always ask resort staff and make sure to compare prices before booking anything. We travel yearly mostly in the carribean and south american countries.This is by far one of the greatest disappointment. I'm sad to say that our 1st time in Cebu is really something we want to forget. We hope that our next visit will be a much pleasant one and we will make sure to stay far far away from this resort.

Arrive there in mid june 2007, coming in from the airport, we were wondering why the taxi driver is bringing us to such a location and was told this is the hotel we have booked. As the flight came in very early, we did an early check-in. Our room given was in such a bad state, run down sofas, shower not functioning properly, insects crawling everywhere, never mind that we took a stroll outside to the beach, the place is filthy, there is no beach, except for a water front full of debris, seaweed and corals stumps on it. Btw the pools has algea growing in it and doubt if the pool has been maintained to regulation. Decided to check out of the place and book into another reputable hotel 20 minutes away with a decent accomodation and beach.
When we booked for 3 nights through the internet, we were told they are running full house, however when checking in, the are running less than 50% occupancy, Even though we check out the same day at 5pm, we were denied any refunds for the unused nghts and breakfast not consumed.
So be aware of all the false promise, shown on the website or brochures.

This place really stinks, not fit for tourism.

Before arriving I was expecting something good. Although, I read a couple of bad reviews, the thought of lying under the sun still excites me. But to my dismay, everything I read in the reviews was right. Very old property that needs a complete overhaul especially their rooms. Bathrooms is very old and tiles and the bathtub is yellowing and molding. The A/c unit is dripping all over and the floors are very sticky. The beds are damaged and creaking. Just think about if you are with someone alone in bed. Not even the beachfront is nice. It is very dirty although their pools are kept clean. There are so many hawkers near the beachfront that peddles an island hopping tour down to girls for a single night. That everytime you come near the beach they instantly huddle beside you hawking and very pesky. Not to mention the price tag is very exorbitant for such a room. Find some place else to stay!

I stayed in a one bedroom suite. The showerhead just kinda dribbled out the water, which took at least 10 minutes to get warm. But....The pool was great, location great, beach was nice, the staff was great. The breakfast was just o.k. The grounds were very nice. I think the positives outweighed the negatives, and the price was right.
