“Great staff great location”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed February 22, 2013

Staff were very courteous and helpful. One of our friends who were also staying at the hotel forgot to close their in room safe on the way out to the beach. Their money and passport were inside the safe. After coming back for. The beach, room was sparkling clean and their money and passport were still in safe. Hotel is a 20 min walk to their mall. You can walk by he beach to get there.

Room Tip: Do not choose a room near pool. It can get pretty noisy especially when kids are using it.

“Great staff, location and restaurant but not so good for lounging on the beach”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed February 14, 2013

Just spent 4 nights at the Two Seasons and had an amazing time in Boracay, definitely an island I will return to! We were really debating giving the hotel 3 or 4 stars - here's why I decided on 3 in the end:

What we loved:
- very friendly staff, happy to try to accommodate every request
- immediate, personal transfer. No waiting around for groups etc.
- we arrived at 8am and despite check in being 2pm, our room was available immediately which was a godsend after an overnight flight. I find this is pretty rare in hotels so we really appreciated it.
- good location for us. It's a 20min / 1km walk to the busy area with shops / ATM's / bars etc but a nice walk along the beach, and there are closer quieter restaurants if you want
- great restaurant and happy hour. Highly recommend the 4 cheese pizza. Breakfast selection is also very good.
- free transfer around the island if you don't want to walk

What we think should change:
- they DESPERATELY need more sun loungers! The main purpose of being in Boracay is to lounge on the beach, read and swim and there were only about 16 sun loungers for the whole hotel! However the main thing that annoyed me was that the staff didn't monitor usage, so several times whilst we were sat on the sand we saw sun loungers reserved by towels, but no-one sitting on them for over 2 hours, or going for lunch and leaving the loungers reserved.
- air con is very noisy, as is the building site next door. Luckily we sleep like the dead but for sensitive sleepers or people with kids it could be annoying
- room is clean but shabby, and I hate twin beds in a double room...
- wifi signal didn't reach our bedroom

Room Tip: get a sea view if possible / affordable I would not choose a ground floor rom as the main walkway...

“As lousy as can be! Never choose this one!!!”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed February 14, 2013

This hotel is the most terrible I have ever seen. When I booked the hotel, I asked adding 2 extra beds. They confirmed my order first and then told me they could NOT because the room was too small. At this point, I asked if I could cancel, and then they told me " yes you can, but no money refund". So, I was wondering if you could NOT add extra beds, why you confirmed my order?

This hotel only knows making money, but doesn't want to help guests to solve problems. i have never seen such a terrible hotel like this. Since they have knew very well it is impossible to add extra beds, why they confirmed? And after confirmation, they didn't want us to cancel. They insist us to live in. How such a terrible holiday they brought us???

So, please do NOT come to this hotel. They are not a responsible and not creditable hotel.
Also, this hotel is far from those street where lots of stores and restaurants are. You need to take very long walk to have meals or shopping stores or supermarket.

You have many many chooses than this lousy one in Boracay.
Never ever stay here!

Room Tip: This hotel is too far from most restaurents and supermarkets and shops. You need to take a long wal...

“Great Location, Great hotel”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed February 10, 2013

we booked directly with the hotel, 4 rooms for our big family reunion (with all our kids & grandparents). all rooms were comfortable and clean. the sea view one was awesome. location on the white sands in Station 1 was superb. the staff was friendly and food good although a bit expensive. Great buffet for breakfast though it would have been nice to have some vegetables added to it. if you can afford it (not cheap - we paid 12,000 Pesos per room per night during Chinese New Year peak season, about 300US$) - defiantly go for it!

Room Tip: room 201 with sea view was great. rooms on the first floor (100+) are in a longer 'street'...

“Great hotel location, beautiful room, good breakfast.”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed February 9, 2013

We booked our room directly through Two Seasons. We got one of the advertised packages. Our contact person, Jerome, was responsive and professional. Transfer from the airport to the hotel was flawless. Front desk representative at check-in was professional; hotel and wait staff were very frendly. We were allowed to go in our room before advertised check-in time (15 mins after arrivval at the hotel). We had one of the first floor deluxe rooms. The room had more than enough space for two persons. The bathroom was well-appointed; the zen garden behind was a great aesthetic touch, but also was a great place to dry wet swim clothing. Having the safe in the room was a handy safety amenity. The hallway noise was noticeable, but not during bedtimes.

We had set dinners with our package. Food was average to above average. We thought the hotel could use some improvement in their recipes and techniques to improve quality of food. The daily breakfast, though, provided tasty choices. Bar drinks at the restaurant were fine, but not consistent with amount of alcohol. Wait staff were attentive and friendly.

We very much enjoyed the beachfront. At least during our stay, beach loungers were always available. Service towels were easily available by the bar. The hotel's stretch of beach is possibly the best along white beach: clean, not crowded, spacious especially during low tides, not rocky. Vendors still frequent the area, particularly on standby in the closed hotel to the right of the property, but they're not intrusive. We spent most of our time out front, except for nights (went to Station 2), and during water sports adventures (Diamond Water Sports is the place to go for this).

Overall, a pleasant experience at Two Seasons!

Room Tip: Deluxe room is great for couples.
