“BREATHTAKING”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 28, 2009

All i can say is wow! What a wonderful place to stay for family vacation, or even honeymoon. The rooms where fantastic it was cozy and somehow you feel that your at home because of the ambiance but in the magnificent place! Location was also perfect! Eventhough it was not a beach front hotel, they do have a shuttle service which can take you basically anywhere. It doesnt matter if the beach was a good 5 to 10 minute walk from the hotel. You can see alot of shops and restaurants along the way. The staffs where very friendly and accomodating. Theres also a pool if you just want to stay and relax in the comfort of the hotel. The suites are the best over looking the pool. I dont have any negative comments ablout the place. Surely i will keep coming back to boracayhills and I will even recommend the place to my relatives and friends. I give the boracayhills a two thumbs up!

Having been to Boracay 3 times,I made sure that I returned to this resort! Last yr I made the mistake of a different hotel, but this yr i returned to the best resort I have ever been to.. Even though the weather is unpredictable in August, you can still stay at the resort and relax and enjoy yourself. It offers excellent comfort and scenery.....in fact my filipina fiance' was so impressed that she spent an hour haveing photos taken of herself..lol..It is well worth the money...in fact, it may be UNDERPRICED! If you don't believe me, just look at the other feedbacks. It is so peaceful and quiet that you won't care about the beach!

We stayed in Boracay Hills for 10 days and even though the weather was terrible we had a nice holiday. Boracay Hills is a family run hotel with a nice pool and quiet location.

It was very easy to relax here and we really enjoyed our stay. I would say that this is a great location for a family as the staff are very friendly and it is a relatively small hotel.

It is away for the pubs and clubs which in my view is a good thing.

However getting into town is easy and just a five minute trip which the staff of Boracay will provide.

If you want a good value hotel with a more personal feel this is the place for you.

This was our third stay at Boracay Hills and another great success. We were welcomed with a milkshake made from the coconuts from the trees in the garden. The staff were helpful and friendly, took our bags to the room and made our stay very comfortable. Janes the Hotel Manager was superb, anything we needed she sorted for us.
We were in one of the superior rooms, which are very spacious and had our own terrace where we sat and ate breakfast each morning.
The gardens and pool at Boracay Hills are so beautiful and relaxing. Boracay Hills is a 10 minute walk from the beach which is how we like it, near enough to walk to and far away from the lound music and noisy beach front. We spent most of out time lounging around the pool and relaxing, ordering drinks and snacks, in the peace and quiet. We hardly ever felt like leaving the resort, until of course the night when we like to go out for a drink and try one of the many restaurants on the island. They have a free shuttle bus which will drop you any time downtown.
Janes booked us into a new spa on the island one day, which was amazing! I think it was called Tirta Spa - expensive but well worth the experience and just 5 mins in the shuttle bus.
We are wine lovers and Brian, one of the owners has a fantastic wine cellar with dozens of French wines to choose from.
We had a lovely, romantic, relaxing holiday - thank you again Boracay Hills!
We'll be back!

i stayed in boracay hills for my vacation in june/july 2009.

i had visited the island of boracay in the previous three years 2006, 2007, 2008.

i have to say that this year my stay boracay hills is by far the best place i have stayed in boracay.

the rooms were clean, well appointed, spacious and comfortable.

the food was excellent - breakfast fresh and very tasty - evening meal cooked fresh to your liking.

grounds, swimming poool and environment always clean and well maintained.

the staff - exceptional. made me feel like part of the boracay hills family. they were genuine, polite, helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them.

the hotel owners - helen and chris are very approachable and friendly.

the manager, janes, is such a lovely person, treating everyone who stays as friends as well as guests. the chef - kuya rex, the day shuttle driver/handyman - kuya ariel, the housekeeper, groundsman, night security guard are all very friendly - they made me feel just like i was in a big family.

the hotel is small and personal. it is set in lush gardens with all sorts of birds, butterflies and other nature. as it is not directly on the beach it is quite and peaceful.

if you like to walk, the hotel is only a short walk away from the busy white beach although there is a free hotel shuttle bus available to take you to the main beach/main shops.

now i have found this wonderful place, i shall certainly be returning here again and i would recommend it to solo travellers, couples and families with children.

well done all at boracay hills, i miss my morning swims. but will hopefully see you all soon.

Everything went so smoothly. We had very quick email replies before we booked about some specific questions because we were travelling with our 23month old son. Payment and everything else was sorted quickly. Janes was so helpful.

Our flight was delayed and the company contracted to pick us up at the airport didn't. We were on SEAIR and they have free transfers to the island so that looked after us easily. We just caught a trike up to Boracay Hills.

Our first impressions were of such a beautiful well kept place. Janes sat us down for a ice cold mango juice and explained we had been upgraded to the Executive suite. Janes even offered a portable crib for our son.

The executive suite was beyond our wildest dreams we got very comfortable so quickly. Our breakfast was delivered to our private verandah every morning. We had lunch on site one day and the food was well priced and excellent. I was so jealous of my wife's salad but my burger was good as well. The whole team were such great ambassadors for a well run establisment. My son would feel at ease with the team so much he would happily give them hi-five's and and would walk with Kuya Ariel hand in hand to the van.

We loved the pool and the grounds and the fact it was not right on the beach for added security and seclusion. It was so easy to get to the beach though.

We had our son babysat one night and that went so smoothly as well. Someone else said in a review that you feel like family when you stay and I can so without hesitation that was also our experience and would love to show the beauty of Boracay and Boracay Hills with our extended families as well.
