It was a nice experience staying in this new hotel. The room is big and clean even better than some 4 star hotel. With LCD TV and air-condition and you can cook in the room if you wish. It is not located on the beach but only a few minutes walk to the beach. It is not a very big hotel with lots of staff but the manager Joel will offer reliable service(food buying, help on wireless etc). He offered his mobile number and we can text him if there is any need and we will be treated in a quick and proper manner. We can see that they really want to make a good business with the hotel and they are doing this with their sincere heart. Rates is also reasonable and really worth the price.

It was a based on a single review that I decided to give it a try -every other place I had wanted to book for our family was already full many weeks in advance -and this was still the off season. But Greenpoint was a pleasant surprise, with rooms that you would expect to find in a 4 or 5 star hotel. Clean and modern, with an equipped kitchenette, made it convenient for having some meals 'at home' and with the facility having opened only a couple of months earlier, everything was in great condition, with quiet split type aircon. Nice landscaping in the small outside areas added to the ambiance. Noel, the manager, was very efficient and helpful. Wifi was good enough for voip and general internet applications. You are a 5 minute walk down to the quiet end of White Beach, but only a pleasant stroll to the livelier areas. That part of the beach was great for our young children and we all enjoyed the good food available at Blue Mango nearby.

Boracay becomes VERY crowded in the high season and those who want to enjoy the beach and ocean without the huge crowds of tourists and hawkers generally stay in the more exclusive, and expensive resorts away from station 1 and 2 areas. Greenpoint has some of the same advantages at a far lower price, although without a swimming pool.

I would recommend Greenpoint to anyone who wants to enjoy a peaceful place to get away -or stay away from, the madness further up the beach. The rates are very reasonable and well worth the price.

This environment is SO amazing! Thanks to the great hospitality of the Philippines I had an exclusive experience! I went to Boracay before, but it wasn't as nice as this time.
I was one of the first guests to stay in this establishment and it was great!
Everything is so close, and still you are in a quiet area. It's not on the beach though. ( a similar type of room ON THE BEACH, pieds dans l'eau, would set me back 10 times more) but very close to the "nice and quiet south part" of the beach.
Its a brand new building (so no cockroaches, ants and rodents, sorry mates but it happens, have been in the tropics!!!).
The very helpful attendant Joel offered me a hard disk full of movies on that one rainy day i didn't wanna go out (there was a small charge).
Room neatly tiled and with that homey feel about it.
One thing though it doesn't come with breakfast but Joel was eager to pass by the grocery and get me my coffee, cereals and fruits. The rate was introductory according to their website. Kudos greenpoint and Joel!!
