The hotel and all its staff were very professional and all facilities first class. We would recommend this hotel to all who visit Botocay. The restaurants associated with the hotel were reasonably priced and the food very good. But it is also very close to so many other restaurants of any variety you can think of. The beach was so clean and clear for swimming and the sunset well worth the wait.

Room Tip: The rooms closer to the beach may have more noise but it never bothered us at any time.

Staff are courteous. Great buffet breakfast at Christina's and at the convention center. Dinner buffet at Seabreeze Cafe is the best buffet ever. The steak is comparable to those served in high-end steak restos. The room is nice, complete amenities. The room we stayed in just had a little problem in the faucet. Also, it has no bidet. But overall, the experience was great. Will definitely stay at this hotel again next time.

Room Tip: Rooms near the pool are nice. They are literally pool front.

Thank you again for the wonderful service we received at Boracay Regency. As usual we had a great time staying at the hotel. Wonderful staff at check in/out. I can't remember her name but she was the nurse on duty. I was feeling under the weather and she was kind enough to see me and provide me meds. Felt better the next day to enjoy our activities. I look forward to returning and staying at your hotel.
Thank you.

Stayed at the Boracay Regency for our honeymoon and it was amazing. The resort is gorgeous, but the fact that it's right in front of the even more beautiful beach made it perfect. Add to that, it's at the center of Station 2- the area of Boracay with the most dining, shopping, activities, and night life.

Room Tip: There are rooms on the first floor that open out to the resort pool. Try to aim for those if you can...

This is the second time this year my wife and I stayed here this year. First was in February for our honeymoon. This time for her birthday. Checkin was quick and easy. They even accommodated my request for a surpise for my wife's birthday. They got her a nice small gourmet cake with a message to her. As before, we had an east wing junior suite with pool access. The room again was quite spacious and comfortable. It is always nice to walk out the back and straight into the pool. This time we were in 155 which is to the side of the pool bar. The Sea Breeze Cafe was under renovation so they moved that to the 2nd floor conference center. We also tried Christinas for breakfast which was good. The access to the beachfront is not far even from the east wing. We definitely enjoyed the stay once again and will likely be back! Thank you to all the staff!

It is very hard in deciding whether we like or dislike the hotel. The room is clean and big, the personnel is well-trained and friendly, the service is good, the breakfast is extremely rich and full of choices, excellent location which is at the main beachfront so what more to complain? Basically the hotel has almost everything for that '5 stars' rating but simultaneously the whole environment of the hotel keep annoyed us in a certain way. For example, the hotel is too big and full that it took us about 40 mins to queue up for check in. Although there are many pools inside the hotel compound to accommodate the occupants, we found the pool is always full and noisy. Unless you are super early for the breakfast to enjoy that sea and beach, else the breakfast hall will be like a big noisy canteen catering a hundred people. The location, both an advantage and disadvantage, beach right in front of you but it is quite noisy particularly at night when there are performances and party at the beachfront. You will see hundred and hundred of people wandering around the hotel compound everyday so we found it very difficult to relax in such an environment. Quite a mix feeling towards the hotel!

Stayed here 2 nights in October 2014. This is considered the slow season, but the hotel was very busy during our stay. However, despite being so busy, there were plenty of staff around and they were very well trained in how to keep the guests happy. From the staff at the front desk to the restaurant and even to the staff on the beach, all were friendly, had a great attitude and obviously wanted the guests to be satisfied with the experience. We will stay here again. One thing on the beach did surprise us -- apparently during the windy/rainy season, there are windbreaks installed all along the beach (maybe 15 feet high). They did not allow a good view of the ocean from behind them and looked downright ugly. Once you get past them, however, the beach is great as usual. We were told they come down during the high season.

Room Tip: Standard/cheapest rooms are 'superior' and have no balcony, just a window opening to interio...
