I loved the D'Talipappa market. Not the open mall but the market where they had shops selling souvenirs and in the center a wet market selling all sorts of seafood. Surrounding the fish market are all sorts of restaurants that will cook the seafood that you bought at a price.
I remember just how fresh and how good the food that we had and it was all at a really affordable price. I would definitely return to Boracay just to have the food there again.
As for the souvenirs, I suggest that you go around the market first before deciding to buy anything as the shops closest to the entrance usually asks for a higher price.
