Ole is certainly a popular option in Boracay, with waits of up to an hour to be seated at dinner. While it certainly wasn't the best Spanish or Mexican food I've had in Asia, the reasonable prices and hearty portions were a hit with my group of hungry travelers.
The paella is decent, as is the Cuban sandwich. Vegetarians will love the sizable veggie menu as well.
It's open 24 hours and does some hearty breakfasts.
