Stayed for 3 nights. This hotel is located in Kuningan area, so expect plenty of traffic jam, especially early morning and early evening. Overall, I think I may come back again later, but I am not sure.
The goods:
*The staff are really friendly and helpful. They ask you when seems like you need help to bring something.
*The lobby is big enough that it does not seems crowded even when there are plenty of people there.
*The restaurants are great, varied from the expensive one to the more economical one.
*The room is big enough with comfortable bed.
*It is CLEAN.\, immaculate.
The bad:
*The hotel looks old. There are many small dings that are immediately obvious that should be able to be fixed quickly without major repair. For example, elevator doors, carpets in hallway, furniture in the room, etc. This is minor but an eyesore to otherwise good hotel.
*Trash cans. Normally in every other hotel, I can see trash can everywhere. Not here. Not in front of guest floors elevator, not in the lobby, not in the restaurant. In short, it takes an effort to find trash cans.
*The room: I only spent very few hours inside the hotel every day but enough to observe. The furniture looks cheap, and old. The TV cabinet is big and useless. The wiring needs to be worked a bit. The 'master' switch does not turn off ALL light, but it does turn off the power outlet for my laptop. And there is a light there that can only be turned off with the Master switch, so it is a dilemma. Light on or laptop not charged.
Overall, this hotel is great with some minor flaws that can be fixed.
