Overall a great hotel. Something you need in a rather horrible city like Jakarta. great value for money (80 USD/night)

Room: according to latest standard. good pillow selection, spacey room. insulation of the door could be a bit better. Window to outside could be slightly larger as well, but nonetheless it's a great room. Only flaw, the toilet door is not soundproof at all, so you don't want to take a dump while someone is in the room.

food: buffet was fairly good. good selection and good quality. the Italian restaurant inside the hotel is excellent, worth the money.

pool: nice pool, could be a bit longer for swimming, but the marvelous view makes up for it.

gym: a bit too minimalistic. A couple of additional machines, weight would help.

Overall it's an excellent hotel.
Just make sure you don't stay too long. Jakarta is an awful city and there is barely anything to see as a tourist, nor to do. Except you like wandering around in malls.

I chose this hotel based on the reviews in Trip Advisor. When I noticed that the lowest room category was only 29 sqm, I was a bit underestimating the hotel. Turned out that I was wrong. This hotel brilliantly managed to make the 29-sqm-room looks spacious. The amenities provided were also similiar with 5 stars hotel. The most memorable experience here was the great hospitality from the staffs. The icon from this hotel is its rooftop pool, it is a small pool and not too deep, you can enjoy city view from there. The best time to go to the pool is at 4.30-5 pm so you can experience the sunset beauty. The gym is quite small with only 2 equipments but is enough if all you want to do is a light treadmill exercise. I did not try their laundry room on the 3rd floor though but it seemed convenient. They provide detergent too on the laundry room. The buffet breakfast was average, just normal buffet for small hotel like this. Anyhow, you can find various food & beverages on the neighbourhood. The money changer is just opposite of the hotel. It has good exchange rates too. The nearest shopping mall is Grand Indonesia & Plaza Indonesia. If you went there by taxi, it will cost you Rp 12.000-Rp 15.000 only, however during traffic time the cost could increase becomes Rp 25.000-Rp 30.000. I will definitely come back to this hotel, probably will try their 1 bedroom Deluxe room next time.

Stayed here with my wife for a week and pretty much satisfied with what we got. The main reason we chose this serviced apartment is for its in-room facility. It got decent kitchen with all the utensils, plate, pans. It got free internet and the bed was pretty big. Only the bathroom is a little bit small, but it's clean; and that's the most important.

It also has washing machine and dryer for guests to use in 3rd floor. The best part, it's free. So if you stay long here, you don't need to worry to pay expensive laundry. Paid laundry is available too, but we didn't use it.

Location wise, it's at the heart of Jakarta, with access to central business district and malls around. There are also plenty restaurants and food stalls within walking distance.

I stayed 4 times in this hotel. I like the styling and the location. Its kinda new and fresh. The room has a good seize, only the shower is very small.

But the main reason was the value for money. They offered a 45% discount for early bookings. The hotel asks more than € 100 a night at the moment. Thats way too much, specially if the nearby mosque wakes u up every day. It sometimes feels like the are praying inside your room, specially the rooms view on jalan Jaksa.

I would book the hotel again if the price is € 70 or lower. For the current prices you can book much better hotels.
