The villa is very luxurious and homely at the same time. Very friendly and helpful staff. We rented scooters and they helped out straight away when there was a fault with one. Kids loved the pool and it was nice to have 2 separate rooms in the same apartment. Road noise at night was the only drawback.

This is alovely new villa complex in a beautiful part of North East Bali called Bunutan, one of a number of a cluster of beaches commonly known as Amed.

I stayed here with my wife for six nights in April 2014.

The complex is located behind the Adi Shops which is fantastically handy and has lovely fresh fruit, breads, cereals, personal hygeine products, drinks etc etc.

There are a number of restaraunts located in close proximity to the complex which are all very nice.

As for the actual villa, my wife and I stayed in a new 1 bedroom villa with kitchenette and bathroom. The room had a safe, ceiling fan, air conditioner, satellite television, filtered water, refrigereator and everything else you could possibly need.

The room iteslf was very spacious and was impeccably maintained by the freindly staff.

The pool and bale were located almost directly out the front of the villa and were amazingly relaxing.

The owners, Diri and Ayu are amazing. Nothing is too much trouble. They orgainise motorcycles, snorkling gear, boat tours and everything else you could possibly need.

I am returning for my third trip to Bunutan in December and have already booked the two bedroom villa as I will be bringing my children.

It was a nice stay for 3 days. 6 people could share the apartment. Good breakfast and nice staff. The owner speaks good English. I can think of staying here another time I visit Amed for diving. A good place to live in Amed. Also could rent motorbicycles for good price.

Currently there are only 2 villas available with another two underway. Yes they are under construction but the construction noise and impact is minimal. We stayed in the 3 bedroom villa above the shop. You have the option of renting this either as a 2 or 3 bedroom villa. If you choose the 2 bedroom as we did, one of the rooms will be locked off but you get to choose which rooms you would like to stay in and all are large with decent views. No problem! 3 balconies in total. One that faces the road with glimpses of the ocean and 2 which face the amazing mountains. Wifi can only be accessed from these back facing balconies. It is not amazingly fast but it works decent enough. The grounds are big as is the pool which we had all to ourselves for 3 days. I assume this is fairly standard due to the small number of villas currently available.

The kitchen is fully equipped and with a fully stocked shop underneath, it’s easy to whip up a quick snack. Adi shop also does laundry, money exchange and bike rental.

Will definitely book again for my next trip to Amed.

Room Tip: The 3rd room is accessed separately from the common villa balcony. It has the best views of the moun...

A very relaxing three day stay for family with two teenage children staying above the shop in three bedroom luxury accommodation . Like Kuta thirty years ago. Good snorkelling, great swimming pool and kind, helpful staff. The rooms are new and clean, with air conditioning in the bedrooms and a DVD player. Beautiful view of the mountains from the living room. We would definitely recommend it!

I stayed at Rumah Adi in November for about a week in the 2 bedroom villa which looks out towards the garden, and beyond that, the mountains. I loved just sitting outside and watching the clouds pass by (wishing they would drop a little much needed rain). Also enjoyed resting my brain and watching the chickens looking for food. Had no complaints with the villa, especially as it is new, but liked having a kitchen where I could prepare some food if I didn't feel like going out for lunch or dinner. The owners are lovely people and were very helpful resolving any problems/needs I had. It was also very handy having the Adi shop so close, and it had everything I needed, plus the ATM outside. Highly recommend Rumah Adi!!
