“Cosiest place for coffee or breakfast”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 23, 2013

We went here for breakfast twice, even if it wasnt on our way to anything, just because of how great the food was and its vibe. It has a giant menu of exotic drinks and coffee types, and the best banana and pineapple pancakes we had in Bali. Simply great.

“I love the coffee!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 18, 2013

Just behind Monkey forest there is a Coffee and Copper place. We love to go there. The coffee and the atmosphere is so good that we try to go there daily for a shot of caffeine The girls who work here are also very lovely and then the picture is complete. It does not matter to drive a few kilo meter more. Because it is delicious!

“Love Love Love Coffee Copper”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 12, 2013

This place is fabulous. I care about what goes into my meals. I don't want MSG and other garbage in my food and Coffee Copper agrees!! Their meals are beautiful and they have a fabulous selection of hot and cold drinks, all made with quality ingredients. And the staff are great too.

My family ate a Coffee Copper at least 7 times while staying in the area. Love it.

“No monkey business here!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed May 21, 2013 via mobile

Just off the path at the exit of monkey forest this cute little restaurant is a welcome respite from the crowds and traffic that can clog Ubud. Sneak down the shaded walkway all the way to the left of the main entrance of monkey forest (be on the lookout for motorbikes using this shortcut) and find Coffee and Copper just waiting for you on the left. A great place for a strawberry lassi on a warm afternoon or a cup of Bali coffee. This cafe has become a regular stop for us when in need of a bit of caffeine.

During our most recent visit we arrived around dinner time and the proprietor Wayan convinced us to give the place a shot for our evening meal. Good call. We had the grilled shrimp, red snapper and chicken satays. Everything was scrumptious. As a special treat we were given frozen balls of the joint's home made chocolate for dessert - rich and cool.

To top things off - Wayan gave us ride back to our hotel (above and beyond the call of hospitality even by Balinese standards).

So next time you are in the monkey forest neighborhood swing on in, you'll be glad you did.

“Brilliant Food and service”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed April 30, 2013

Food is absolutely scrumptious. Although its a tad bit out of the way its well worth finding.
A must try is the delicious Thai Beef salad. Although far from authentic it is a very good healthy and tasty meal.
