I could go on and on about this restaurant but I will hit the highlights. It is an amazing place from start to finish. The service is impeccable from the hostess to the waitstaff to the somelier to the manager. We were treated like Rock Stars! The menu is somewhat limited but it has a bit of everything you could possibly want. The first thing is the olive oil cart where you chose from a selection of 5 or 6 options. Never seen this before! The wine selection is excellent and the caraffe they used was unlike anything I've ever seen-- I know it sounds weird to comment on the wine caraffe but it was just that pretty and unusual. My colleague who is a whisky afficionado was in heaven, as well. Great selection at reasonable prices--even for some of the rare and old stuff. Now to the food-- DELICIOUS and the presentation was also very special with great attention to detail. I had the sea bass but others had the Dover sole and the steak and no one was disappointed. Kudos to the chef. Desserts-- WOW. Try the "banana split" if you want real decadence. I ordered the cheese and was presented with a cheese cart that had a fabulous selection. Not a cheap night was a very memorable experience, indeed. Even by Hong Kong standards, this place is over the top!
