We went to the one in Mong Kok (Exit E2 out of the MTR station and go back on yourself, it;s the first left) on a Wednesday afternoon and the food was excellent value at HK$68 per head for an unlimited buffet. Even the locals find this excellent value. You just need to know Cantonese to order or which dishes you want. The recommended dishes are: Spring rolls (which are best hot and are actually very long and thin), Sui Maai (Park and Shrimp dumpling which actually had the fish eggs on top), Ha gaau (Shrimp dumpling), sweet sticky glutinous rice balls that come in 3 different colours (green, pink and purple) and Duck egg and pork porridge. The rest of the food was above average. Most portions came in 3's or 4 pieces. We ordered 23 dishes and all 3 of us were stuffed. It was worth it for the variety and taste testing of the local foods. The atmosphere was great, there were flat screen TVs to watch the afternoon news on and we weren't timed or rushed out when we finished. The restaurant was clean with decently up kept seat toilets and the ambience was very HK with not a tourist in sight. I would defiantly come here again in a group to try everything I hadn't tried on the menu.
