The parade of food is a like a beauty contest that each is so beautifully presented, they keep coming, and you hesitate to bite into and just want to keep staring at them. Of course, each is sophisticated in both its ingredients and preparation, and tastes wonderfully. This time, we had smoke salmon, poached egg with pork and foie gras, and mackerel fish appetizers. The sea bass and the ox tail cannelleni main dishes were most memorable. Followed by beautiful deserts and my favorite French cheeses. See attached pictures. Chinese says a picture is worth a thousand words. Certainly the service was impeccable. What a good life!
