Stayed across the street from this place for a month and wondered what could compel so many people to stand on line for noodles... until I tried it. Forget about fish balls or any other kind of noodle dish you find at every other noodle shop in HK - this is the place for beef brisket. I ate there about a dozen times and was never disappointed. Communal tables, crowded, noisy and delicious. One of my favorite places in HK.
