One of the great advantages about this place is that it is not in Chungking Mansions, so you don't have to put up with the incessantly nagging touts that lurk around the entrance of this infamous monolith trying to flog you a fake Rolex, some dodgy electronic item, or something altogether more sinister. That said, being HK, for 'budget' accommodation in this price range you don't get much bang for your buck. The rooms are basically boxes that just about fit a bed and a tiny amount of floor space. I wouldn't try swinging a cat. However, the guest house is situated on a great little street, a stone's throw (literally) from Tsim Sha Tsui MTR station, and a shortish walk to the harbour. Staff are friendly and helpful, rooms are cleaned every day with fresh towels provided, the beds are comfortable, the linen is clean and decent quality. And as other people have commented, having such a tiny room space ensures that you will want to be out on the town as much as possible! So, all in all, this is a perfectly decent place to stay. However, at around US$60 per night for a double room with a shared bathroom it is not superb value for money and is possibly a little bit overpriced even for Hong Kong I suspect. But then again, it is not in Chungking mansions... I'd give it 3.5 stars if I could as it is above 'average' but falls short of 'very good'.
