“Good for location”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed August 22, 2013

I booked this hotel for two nights stay, the check in was alright althoght the staff English wasn't the greatest. The downside of this hotel is full with the group tourist which can be very annoying and overwhelm in lobby. The cleanliness of this hotel room is very poor as I did noticed all built up mold, limescale and dirty floor other than that is good for short stay cause its located in a very convenient location just 2 minutes walk to MTR Tseun Wan West station, bus station and Citywalk mall just below hotel. Overall if I stopover again in Hong Kong probably I will return to this hotel just because of the location not the cleanliness.

I had the impression that this hotel was already a nice place in the past but not anymore. Things are a little bit old and it likes those cheap hotel casinos in Las Vegas.

The hotel is very crowded but has much space for all these people. The wifi works only in the lobby so you will need a little bit patience to conect it.

I was in the 52th floor and my room was very quiet with a nice view. However I had the impression that my room was closed for a long time due to its smell and had some dust spots and the bathroom was not that clean. I couldn't have my shower with bare foot and the toilet flush was not working properly. If you have kids in the room, the hotel doesn't offer any choice of TV program for them.

It has easy acess to the subway and is also easy to reach the Disneyland from there.

There are some malls around and one of them is conected to the hotel.

From the airport, you will pay around 250 HK dollars with the Red taxi.

All staff could speak English.

The breakfast is fine but with cold food!

Maybe you can find better hotels with the same price range.

Highly advisable option to stay in Hong Kong if you want some quietness and clean air. Hotel is located in a bit remote area, but very near to MTR station and joint with huge shopping mall with restaurants and supermarket. Rooms are very comfortable and clean. Bathroom had a bath tab! However, there was no wifi in the room, which is somewhat disappointing for a 4 star hotel with such price tag.

Room Tip: Look for promo prices offered by booking web-sites; request for an upgrade in the hotel.

Spent 4 nights at this hotel.

Pros:
+ View from the room (floor 57)
+ Tea/coffee set
+ Supermarket in the same building

Cons:
- Very uncomfortable bathroom (despite of the futuristic design)
- Old furniture
- General room cleanliness
- No Wi-fi in the rooms and very unstable wi-fi in the lobby.

I would not recommend it, because it's not so comfortable to stay at this hotel. Quite far from city center (though near the MTR).

You can tell it is trying to be a five star hotel in the no-so touristy area of HK judging from the hotel complex as well as the design/decorations of the rooms and the in-room amenities. But I am afraid the professional level of the staffs and attached amenities/restaurants may not be up to the standard that people come to expect from a true five-star.
As far as the location go it is quite far away from most major tourist attractions except maybe the Disneyland. It is actually a pain to venture to the HK side (the hotel is located in the western New Territories of HK) but the room price has already reflected that.

Room Tip: Try to stay in tower two (the taller one) and ask for high floor with the waterfront view.

We booked the L'Hotel Nina for our honeymoon.

Overall, the room was clean and very had a very business-y professional feel with mainly dark wood furniture. Room lighting was more of ambient lighting so it was a bit dim.

I wasn’t a fan of the bathroom floor because it was color black and you can’t tell if it’s really clean or not. There is free wifi in the lobby of the hotel but none in the room.

The location of the hotel is far away from the usual Hong Kong tourist places, but is pretty good. It is set in what seems to be a developing business and commercial district. There are several nearby malls, which have good number of restaurants and stores.

The hotel is not that near to the MTR station but is around 5-10 minutes walking distance. The station is accessible to the hotel via an elevated walkway.

The hotels in Hong Kong are expensive! We chose this place since it was clean and cheaper. Unfortunately, you have to take the metro station for 15 to 20 minutes to go down to the main attractions in the other islands. If you come straight from the airport, you can take A31 bus and the last station of the bus ride is to the hotel.

The hotel is huge since there are two towers and a convention center. There were a ton of people in the main lobby. The receptionists speak English, Cantonese, and Mandarin. I noticed that another receptionist was snooty to someone who spoke Mandarin. Therefore, I would stick with English.

The room was clean and very modern looking. We were upgraded to Tower 2, which is the nicer building. There is a clear glass between the bathroom and the bedroom. The bathroom had both a shower and a tub.

Luggage storage is available when you check out.

What's great about this place is that the hotel is connected to a shopping center with some food options.
