We could not fault this Novotel and it is the best we have ever used. The food excellent and the breakfast was included in the room price. Those breakfast choice was unbelievable. There is a huge shopping Mall connected to the place by elevator. The place is only 15 or so minutes from the airport by free pick up.

Our preferred Hkg hotel, have stayed many times. Free Shuttle bus to/from airport every 15 mins. Hotel is along side large shopping plaza with many services & well known factory outlets, yet hotel is quiet. Excellent frequent rapid trains to/from city.
Hope I don`t reduce my chances of staying again due encouraging too many others to stay there.

Novotel Citygate stay was a memorable stay for us. Though the room sizes, specially the bathroom is very small, the location of the hotel amongst the mall, Tung Chung MTR station makes it very convenient and unique. Also, the open courtyards with open beautiful view is very nice. Service is of top quality. Food, we only had breakfast and it was pretty standard fare - nothing to complain though. The bed was very comfortable though the room is a tad smaller. Also, though it is located far away from Hongkong and Kowloon, the impressive Hongkong public transport and the closeness of the hotel to the airport, Disneyland and Ngong Ping Cable car makes up for it. Overall, a very satisfactory stay but on value for money I found it a little on the expensive side.

Only a short ride away from the international airport, this hotel features everything the business traveler needs - but for a price, it is anything then cheap. For some 250 € you get a modern hotel, with a decent lobby, nice, but a little bit small rooms and a good breakfast. The glass window I had between the bathroom and the bedroom is maybe fancy, but I guess, not everybody gonna like it. Otherwise the service was ok.
