Nice hotel with amazing service. The only negative point is the check in and check out time. If you are planning to stay there for one day, its advisable to opt for an accomadation close to the resort. You have a shuttle for every five from the hotel to the park, which is very convenient. The breakfast at the Enchanted Garden is great, you have the disney characters come to your table and you can take pics with them, its actually better than waiting in long queues at the park to take a pic of the characters. The staff are very helpful and courteous. Overall a wonderful stay.

We travel in family group, couple with two kids aged 3,5. We planned the stay as the last night in Hk due to proximity to airport, with a 10am flight the next day. Reached hotel @930am, complete pre-check in at counter(so as to speed up the actual check in when we return the very same night). Service is good/fast and courteous staff. Lodged our luggage and took the shuttle bus to Disneyland from 10am-9pm, full day activities. After the fireworks glad that we booked a hotel just beside Disneyland, actual check in(aka key collection is fast), room is big enough, with two double bed, and also standard clean room.

Not so much for the carpet as it does makes the room look stuffy and old fashioned. For 400sgd this ain't worth the value especialg For us, since it is only one night stay.

For our next trip, we probably do two day Disneyland ticket, and getting a hotel nearby at a much cheaper rate, and take a cab/mtr. IMO the kids will enjoy better in the park.

Word of caution: travel to Disneyland during weekdays, and avoid mainland china major holidays.

i stayed in this hotel last week with my family. the first impression was not that impressive. it took almost an hour for the front desk to check out my reservation. taking a deposit when u already have a reservation is foolishness. on the top of that, the deposit was supposedly a token amount but they recovered my stay, disneyland passes and the food token money. staff communication : utterly worst. for some posers the responses were totally non informative. check in and check out times should be revised and more flexible. value for money - terrible. the only advantage is disney characters in the enchanted garden. happy that i came out after a day. my advice: take a hotel in the main island or kowloon and come to the resort by the MTR.

We stayed for 4 nights with a 3 and 5 year old. We booked a family room on the Kingdom club floor, but had to upgrade to a suite as the room was too small.

Areas for improvement
- normal rooms are too small for families. The 2 double beds in a family room are not large enough to sleep 4 people comfortably and there is insufficient room for a rollaway. We had to pay a lot of extra money to get a good nights sleep, because too many rooms have been put into the space.
- the price of the suite!!!
- the food in the Enchanted breakfast was terrible, none of us enjoyed it. Lots of variety all badly cooked. Not what you expect when you pay such a supplement. However it is still worth doing for the kids to meet the characters.

Positives
- Aside from the complaints above, the stay was perfect and the suite was everything you would expect and more with little Disney touches. My daughter said the main bathroom was perfect for a princess.
- the staff were very friendly and helpful, particularly Nicky from the Kingdom club lounge.
- the Kingdom Club is a must. Quality food and drinks (although cocktail and canapés time is too short. The bedtime story and meeting characters in their pjs makes it worthwhile. Also the fast pass tickets and priority show access made it worthwhile it skip a couple of longer Qs. Actually none of the park Qs were bad, but 3 year olds don't wait well!
- the princess makeover is not something I would normally do for my daughter but as a holiday treat, she loved it and it has become the most memorable moment of the trip for her.
- the hotel maze was a great experience for the kids. They wanted to play there instead of going to the main park one day.
- very close to the park
- the hotel is not over the top Disney for adults, but enough subtle Disney touches to keep everyone happy.
