“beyond extrordinary”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 22, 2013

I have stayed at some of the best hotels in the world. The Four Seasons HK makes my top 10.

We scheduled a car from the airport to pick us up. Literally outside the plane gate was an agent picking us up. Walked us through the airport, through customs, to our bags, collected the bags, brought us to the "special limo" exit, transfered us to the next agent, who got us in our car, who dropped us off at the hotel, another agent brought us directly to our room, checked in privately, showed us to the club lounge, and in under and hour from our plane landing, we were drinking champagne looking at the harbor.

Every single person in the hotel knows your name. They treat you like royalty. They make sure nothing goes wrong. They think ahead to make sure everything goes right.

They are that good.

I could go on and on, but if you can afford it, and you want the best, stay here. Don't even consider any place else.

First trip to Asia, first visit to company's Hong Kong offices and the Four Seasons HK provided a great base for all of it. Rooms are spacious and luxuriously appointed (L'occitane toiletries always a plus). Bed was comfortable (perhaps not as good as some St. Regis' but clearly better and more luxurious than the Westins heavenly stateside. In-hotel food options were solid and not as overpriced/marked up as I would have expected. The gym facility was excellent, lots of new modern equipment in good working order, provided beverages were great with a unique Asian flair. Service was attentive and gracious, appointments were luxurious, location was convenient to cab and train and all my appointments and recreation while there. What more could you ask?

I have very much enjoyed my stay at Four Seasons this June. The rooms are roomy and have a gorgeous view of harbor, have all necessary equipment, large bathrooms, great ventilation and service. This is not my first stay at FS, however this is one of my most favorite. The spa is good, pool area is excellent especially on the hot, humid, June day. Restaurants are superb. Tried both the Chinese and Japanese restaurants in the hotel. And most importantly LOCATION! It is so well positions, very easy to get to anywhere in Central. Looking forward to going back there! Oh and an excellent executive lounge on the 42nd floor is very convenient to take a break from the meetings, grab a snack or cocktail.

I wish FS would have a membership service for frequent visitors.

I attended a wedding at this hotel and also stayed for a week, therefore I got to sample a lot of what it has to offer.

As an overview, this hotel is run with brilliant efficiency. The rooms are extremely well maintained, exceptionally clean and all room services offered from the food to the laundry is executed with quality and in a swift and timely manner.

The breakfast is VERY pricey but of a very high standard and you can choose to sit and have waiter service and be serenaded by a piano, or go for the more relaxed but superb buffet.

The restaurant Inagiku serves great authentic Japanese food and is worth going even if you do not decide to stay in this hotel.

The pool has fantastic views of the harbour and is a great way to relax in the morning or after a long-day shopping and eating in Hong Kong! Sipping a cocktail and enjoying their frozen (well-chilled) grapes was a treat!

This hotel is probably best known as a business hotel, but it's location and services are so fantastic - I would recommend this for couples looking to enjoy a lavish long-weekend.

Very good hotel. Comfortable king-size bed, large flat-screen TV, standard Four Seasons L'Occitane amenities, free wifi... Swimming pool area seemed a little cramped but then this is HK... Would have preferred a room with a harbour view but perhaps that requires a few more visits for the upgrade!

In our 42nd floor we had one of the best hotel experiences ever. We were picked up from the airport by the hotel limo, and although this may seem somewhat overdone it is true luxury after 10 hours on a plane. The executive club on the 45th floor and in particular its magnificent staff looked after us during breakfast, tea or after sunset. View is once in a lifetime. Since late checkout was not available anymore, they welcomed us for drinks and let us have a refreshing shower in the Spa. Fabulous pool also. Would love to go again. Did not want to leave.

Room Tip: Harbor view

Faultless efficient hotel. Wonderful location in the IFC mall, great spacious rooms with amazing views, excellent pool and spa, fantastic food, super highly efficient concierge service and incredible service. We stayed with a 4 month old baby who was very well looked after. The room was babyproofed before our arrival and baby ammenities added to the room without us having to ask. Excellent hotel.

Room Tip: I had an island view room, not a harbour view, and was perfectly happy as the view from the floor to...
