“Good hotel...great location”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed February 26, 2013

Good location in Tsimsha tsui, walking distance to Nathan Road and about a 15 minute walk to Harbour city mall...... Very good service and the front desk is so obliging and eager to help. When we checked in I found the rooms a little small but we were upgraded to nicer rooms at a small extra charge which we paid happily....the fact that the receptionist took pains to show me the different rooms available...and they were quite full !!! Very central

Travelled with my mother and sister, twas bonding time. Exterior of the hotel not impressive but nice. The interior was what got me. The movie Twilight should have been filmed here :) The furnitures and all the little details be at the lobby or the room were carefully thought of. The hotel is very clean, you can smell the cleanliness. The breakfast, healthy! And the gym, acceptable!
and the location, you're right smack in the middle of everything. Staff were friendly. I want to special mention some people: First, Peggy, the account executive was very helpful. Day of arrival, Sam at the front desk and Elaine at the breakfast room, I believe are the most helpful people in the whole Tsim Tsa Tsui area. Overall: Excellent!

Room Tip: Book early and email the hotel directly to avoid add ons.

Very very nice hotel right in the center of Tsim Tsa Tsui. The breakfast is simply awesome and the staff are very nice. Very easy access from the subway and bus station plus the shopping district of Hong Kone. If I will ever return to HK i will surely go back to this place

Very good hotel excellent location very good staff and a very good buffet breakfast small room but very quirky and clean. Nice touch it was my wife's birthday during our stay and the maid must have seen the cards she had received and after our day out we returned to find two lovely portions of birthday cake and a small card great touch

We stayed at this hotel during a 4-day family vacation in Hong Kong with kids. The room was small, but so are all hotels in Hong Kong. The room was very clean and bathroom fixtures looks well maintained. Breakfast buffet is good, but they serve the same breakfast menu everyday. If you'll stay here for a while don't book breakfast daily. Location is very good. Close to many places in the Tsi Sha Tsui area.

We stayed in the Safari suite, styled as a Bedouin tent, and it was an absolutely lovely experience. The staff were warm, welcoming and attentive from start to finish. The room was spacious and clean, delightfully decorated, and the extra gifts on arrival and throughout our stay were an added pleasure. Breakfast was lavish each morning, and room service prompt and tasty. All enquiries were met with a quick and thorough response. We fully recommend this hotel, particularly the themed sutes, for a unique Hong Kong stay.

Room Tip: The themed suites are worth the extra money.

It's a great looking hotel but the rooms are small. We booked through Agoda and there was a special addition that we'd get an upgrade to a premier room upon check in. If our room was a premier I wouldn't like to see the standard room. Small rooms are to be expected in Hong Kong but when you are supposedly receiving an upgrade, you would expect an reasonably sized room.

The breakfast made up for the small room. It was great, plenty of selection to choose from. We felt because we paid through Agoda and got a better deal, (about 50% of normal rate),the service we got reflected this. A small example of this was the turn down service which was basic the first night with our curtains being close with no amenities, and non-existent the second night. Petty it may seem but these are the little details that makes a stay in this caliber of hotel.

The location was great, just off Nathan road.
