“I know space in hong kong is hard to come by but DAMN…”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed December 20, 2013

Its in a good location… the lobby is great… but i wouldn't pay 160USD for this place… more like 50USD…. Now for 160USD++ per night the room in this hotel is reality small… they advertise 15sqm ut that 15sqm probably includes the bathroom. Cruise ships have bigger rooms than this place, and even live aboard dive boats.

Room Tip: from online pictures the rooms look big but these are [probably their most expensive rooms...

The hotel is located near Nathan Road, where shopping and dining options are aplenty. Jordan MTR station is just a few minutes walk away. The price for a night stay is of good value given the convenient location when compared to other hotels in the area.

Other than that, the room is small (15 sq metre) and the facilities inside minimally adequate. Wifi signal is sometimes undetectable. We stayed in the superior room. The washing basin is outside the bathroom which saves space but inconvenient the users. A sliding wooden door separates the main room from the bathroom. Not much privacy for bathroom users. The size and design of the room can only allow one person to open a mid-size luggage at any one time.

The hotel is close enough to the hustle of Tsim Sha Tsui, yet provided quiet and peaceful night rest as the roads just outside the hotel are not busy.

It is definitely the best choice for hotel in Tsim Sha Tsui if budget is a concern.

Don't go by the booking sites , the 4 star hotel has rooms of 15 sq meters , u can even move yourself if bags on floor. No place for bags , no wardrobe, super tiny washrooms, to save space they have wash basin in the room itself. Bathrooms hav no proper doors or latches too. 300 room hotel , looks grand from web site and outside but really rooms r not worth staying .

Room Tip: Be careful for it pictures are nice in website and not worth the price

Hotel location is great, grand entrance is on the third floor at the end of Hillwood Road not ground floor on Austin Avenue where there's only a small lobby entrance. Par for course in Hong Kong the rooms are very small.
Jordan metro station is only a few minutes walk, the night market is just on the other side of Jordan a couple of minutes further.

We booked this hotel at HK airport and got quite a good deal (better than through on line services) thus decided to stay for two nights. It is located close to Jordan and Tsim Sha Tsui metro stations and very close to the A21 bus stop. It is in a quiet area so you do not get to hear street noises. It is very close to many restaurants and shops. Plus just steps away you have Shanghai Wanton which serves the best wanton soup. Rooms are so tiny that it is difficult for two persons to move around (but it is supposedly the case in most of the HK hotels). Bathroom is super tiny and it is difficult to take shower or use the toilet. A bit overweight person would not fit in there. The bathroom could also be a bit cleaner. Bed mattresses are so hard that it is difficult to sleep. Plus you get to hear music coming from the hall that they play 24/7. It is possible to open the window and vent this tiny space. For additional price you can get breakfast. They storage your luggage free of charge.

Room Tip: Choose a room located on the higher floors, far away from the lift.

Stayed here Nov.2-5. Booked 3 rooms and all has 2 single beds. It's narrow and Hardly have any space to open suite case. Coffee maker and room phone is placed on bay window. Bathroom has no privacy, bathroom door has an angled opening; does not work if your sharing room with family or friends. Location is okay. Shops and restaurants nearby. Walking distance to night market.
