We stayed here for six weeks, minimum rental is one month. We had a two bedroom suite, which had two bathrooms and (by HK serviced apartment standards) a good kitchen...we probably ate in at least 60% in evening b/c we travelled with kids. There is a good washer-dryer, which we used a lot. The kitchen is also fitted out with a fridge/freezer, induction cooktop, Fissler cookware, decent range hood, and an oven/microwave. The master bedroom and ensuite bathroom are a good size, and the second bedroom had two single beds and was comfortable for our kids. The service is excellent; they will get alternate cutlery and crockery if you require it, and happily provide additional hangers. There is also reasonable amount of storage space in the bedrooms. The 50th floor has a coffee lounge and a separate laundry area (with much larger washers and dryers if you need it) but we didn't use these much as we were happy with what was provided in the apartment. The best thing is residents have free access to the rooftop pool of the W Hotel (in same building, different lift well) on the 76th floor. There is also free wifi, which one would expect at these prices.
Being on top of Elements mall, Kowloon MTR station (one stop to Central), Airport Express ststion and a decent supermarket (360), it is super convenient. The mall has mostly high end brand clothing shops, but also a very good bookshop (Metro), electronics (Fortress and Broadway), Starbucks, a pharmacy (Mannings) and a good range of places to eat. Also an HMV if you want to buy CDs or DVDs to play in the apartment.
There is no direct way to Tsim Tsa Tsui by MTR, but via the bus terminus you can catch a bus. Taxi is cheap too to TST, no more than HKD 25-30 (no traffic congestion). If you have kids, there is a nice playground nearby (in the podium area) and two (small) grassy areas if your child wants to kick around a soccer ball or just sit on something other than concrete!
The fittings and furnishings are good too. Note that the staff will do (with you) an inventory at the start and end of your stay of every item in the apartment. I guess this is to make sure guests don't swipe the cutlery, alarm clock of something! No big deal, but it did surprise us.
