I have now used this terminal twice in the last 3 days and on both occassions the service by staff to process in the influx of visitors have been too slow.
Today I returned from Macau and another ferry from mainland docked at the same time and there were only 3 booths open. They did add another 3 but still was not enough.
The instructions are not very clear once you check in for the service. Sometimes (like today) there were services to a couple of destinations and the calls were not made in English twice. I kept asking people but most visitors in HK from Mainland don't speak English. Very hard to get attention of Turbojet staff who are already too busy.
The boarding area can be cleaned up better to make it feel like a premium service. Its not well presented. But it does provide a cheap way to get to Macau or mainland by water.
