i m so happy i found this place , i just move back to hong kong after few years in Paris.....
i didnt know about this restaurant but i m excuse,it just open few month ago.
i was walking around with friends last friday , wondering where to go when we saw this
cute outside front restaurant with blue and white color, which is a marine theme .
we walk thru the door,were the french manager welcome us and walked us to the table.
he gave us the menu and explain the difference between galettes and crepes
first one is a savory crepe(galette) which is made from buckwheat flower,mean gluten free,and the second one ,crepes,well everybody knows what it is.
it was thursday night, MUSSEL NIGHT,directly imported from France,OMG, it was unbelivable,
fresh ,cooked with white wine sauce ,you could smell the ocean in there ,so fresh and tasty and serve with french fries,
after that we had 3 galettes, one with scallops and mushroom,then 1 with salmon and egg,and the last one,with camenbert and smoked ham/egg.SO GOOD,ALL OF THEM.
we finish our dinner with some sweet crepes ,try number 65 ,home made caramel and caramel ice cream.
to make it short, we had a fantastic experience ,great food,the waiters and waitresses were very helpful.thankto the staff to help us choose our diner.
I WILL GO BACK WITH OTHER FRIENDS AND FAMILY
