“Great ride.”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 27, 2013 via mobile

I did this early in the morning and there were no queues. Great to look at the buildings as you go by as they look really slanted as the tram is so steep. Great walks at the top. This is near the mid level escalators. You can easily catch a tram and then walk. We'll sign posted.

“Take a taxi up and the tram down to avoid queues...”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed September 25, 2013

A must do fabulous views and vry steep which makes for an exciting experience. Don't take the tram up though, the queues are horrendous, we took a taxi up and the tram down...the experience is the same.

“You have to try it!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 20, 2013

it is must do in HK. You have to take the tram however sometimes it is quite crowded there. On the top you can enjoy nice drinks or foods and GREAT VIEW. you don't have to pay for peak tower as there is free observation desk! you can also find the restaurant/coffe place and just enjoy great view!

“Joy!!!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed September 20, 2013

A thrilling ride and awesome view of Hong Kong at an elevation is what one gets here. The train itself is well maintained. I and my husband had a terrific time riding the train. A very amazing views of the city as if HK is not beautiful enough. The only downside is the crowd. It was too crowded to be peaceful but the view is worth the entire wait.

“Go first thing in the morning”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed September 19, 2013 via mobile

We made the mistake of sleeping in and then trying to go around 1pm. You take the MTR to Central and then it is well signposted from their. There are maps in the MTR that tell you what exit to take for the sight you want to see so check them out. Bit of a wee walk up a slight hill to the tram terminus. HUGE crowd so long wait in line in heat to go up. We bought the tram and skypass but you dont need the skypass as there are plenty of places to see the views for free. Plenty of places toeat up there and its windy and cool. Nice break from the hot streets below. You could take the tram up and walk down on a cooler day. This was a good half day outing but certainly not a wow moment. Just too many people at that time. Try earlier in the day.
