Be very Careful booking at this Hotel. After traveling 18 hours I arrived at hotel only to be told that they did not have a room, as they were overbooked. I was sent to another hotel that cost over $500 USD per for a single night.
The best they could muster was a insincere " I'm sorry"

we had booked in advance for premium room and when we get there we get a pigeon hole of a room. The person at the reception had no qualms about telling us that since booked they were overly booked we would have to pay even more than we had paid for to get a premium room. When we contacted the manager he was all about telling us to join membership of the hotel if we should want a premium room since they give first preference to those when they are totally booked. We told them we had booked through hotels.com and they were their agents , they seem to discard that as not anywhere significant We called up hotels.com who were good enough to speak with them and to our amazement they were not attended to as well. Since we had handed over our credit card at the reception on arrival till we discovered the pigeon hole we were given , we were stuck there for 4 nights since it was not refundable for us to move to a more desirable location.

Well i guess we need to check the sights we book through if they liked by the hotel or not ? For that we had to spend our entire trip in a less than 12' x 8' room with not enough room for two people to pass through , with no space to keep our two strollers , no desk to keep my laptop ( had to sit on the floor and work) After all this it shall be needless to say how luxurious the bathroom could be!!!!!

Room Tip: Become a paid member of this hotel if you want any kind of welcome or service. Or else be prepared f...

Stayed one night. Hotel is right above Macau ferry terminal on Kowloon side (not to be confused with Ferry terminal on Hong Kong island). Mostly tourists groups and some business. Near Marco Polo and Prince hotels in Harbour shopping mall. Walkable distance from most attractions in Tsim sha Tsui (south of Kowloon Peninsula), including Kowloon Park next door, Star Ferry to Central/HK Island. Staff was nice. Lunch buffet Ok. Worth trying !

I stayed at this hotel because it was conveniently located right above the ferry to china terminal. Strategically located in Tsim Sha Tsui, plus there is a free airport express shuttle to the hotel from kowloon mtr stop. Staff are quite nice, food was decent. Loved the fact that the ferry terminal and shopping center is an escalator away from the lobby of the hotel.
Will definitely come back here for a stopover before continuing to china.

Stayed there for 6 nights. Aperfect kocation: next to Nathan street and City Harbour giant mall. Above the ferry terminal to Macau, Above the AIRPORT EXPRESS SHUTTLEdrop off/pick up point. Lots of restaurantsin the mall underneath. 5 minute walk to the train to SHENZHEN (Austin station). Spacious modern rooms. Try the high floor harbour view rooms. All staff membersare friendly and English speakers. A perfect holiday. Mr. A Alexandron

Room Tip: High floor Harbour view

This hotel is in very nicely located near the HK ferry terminal, harbour city and lots of amenities. The staff are very friendly and very helpful. They upgraded us to the suites as the hotel is almost full all the time due to it's very good location and it's priced better than most of the other nearby 5-star hotels. The rooms are very good sized and with a good layout. The bed is very comfortable and the toilet and shower are nicely designed and with a strong shower. The bed is super comfortable and the room controls are very good. The phones in the room are very old and the in-room entertainment is poor with no interactive features. Didn't manage to eat at the hotel as there are so many choices to eat outside within walking distance of the hotel. The other part of the hotel we stayed at didn't have any security at the lift which is not very good since this hotel has a high traffic such as having a key card access to allow only guest to access their floors. If the hotel does upgrade the other features of the room and lift security this would be a great hotel. Given the high priced of the other hotels in the area I would definitely recommend this hotel again. But if you are looking for more modern features in the room then would definitely reconsider.

Stayed here for 2 a couple of nights with my family. Got a family room with sofa bed for a promotional rate from their website.

Location is good, as the ferry terminal to Macau and Harbor City Shopping Mall is a few steps away. Airport bus has a stop specifically for the hotel. There's also a taxi stand on the basement. On the downside, the nearest MTR station is a good 10 to 15 minute walk.

Rooms are spacious and clean. Basic amenities and toiletries are provided. There's a ref and aircon works fine. Bathroom is nice but a little small for a family room.

Staff service is average.

If you can get it on a promo, it's good value for money, considering the good location and quality of room.
