“Awesome location”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed July 22, 2012

Well, the room was small and the furniture was quite old. The bathroom was extremely small. But the location was great!!! Hong Kong is famous for small hotel rooms, so it's ok...
The stuff was not too friendly. But they did their job...
The room was clean.
Breakfast nothing special: eggs, sausages, coffee, etc.
The view was horrible! Don't open the curtains!

We stayed here for one night and I wish we could've stayed here for longer. The location of it is fabulous, we walked to so many places especially great cheap shopping and amazing hawker style restaurants.

The room itself, had everything we needed. Beds, bathroom and a small tv (we didn't really watch it because there's just so much to do in TST). If you don't mind stinging on quality and would prefer location -- this is definately the place to choose.

I stayed at the Ramada Kowloon for 5 nights with my wife and 2 children aged 11 and 15. The hotel as stated everywhere needs an upgrade however don't take that as meaning that it is terrible because it isn't. The rooms are smaller that what we are used too but in reality we not in Hong Kong to sit in a hotel room, there is so much to do we slept and left everyday. The breakfast was also okay with a range that satisfied us all. Staff at the hotel are very good, we had no issues there. Location is fantastic, it is a 5 minute walk to Nathan Rd if you can resist going into all the shops in between. We organized a couple of tours from the desk and that all worked out well as well. It may not be the best, but it is not the worst, If you can look past the smallish rooms, Tiny lift, and slightly run down look you will enjoy your stay. We would have not hesitation in staying there again (hopefully soon)

Room Tip: We had an adjoining room that was perfect for the family

We came here because we missed our connecting flight, and it was one of the few hotels that had rooms available that night at short notice. It's a very basic three star hotel, which seems to be getting a little jaded.

The location on Chatham Road South is very convenient and Central for the Kowloon and East Kowloon areas, and the Star Ferry, and Science Museum.

The facilities in the room included a bathtub, coffee/tea machine, mini bar, a v. small study table, dining chairs/table and a safe though there was no ironing board. Even the basic water bottle had to be paid for, which was irritating.

All in all, nothing major to complain about, but equally, nothing to bring you back again.

I was alone on a recent Hong Kong visit and I wanted to be in the Tsimshatsui district of Kowloon. The Ramada was one of the more reasonably priced hotels in that area, near the harbor and Nathan Road, with shopping and restaurants nearby. I found the room more than adequate though small. It was clean and wi-fi was available for a nominal sum. There was a decent coffee shop on the premises though I thought it overpriced. I would certainly stay at the Ramada again were I in Hong Kong.

Stopped over HK for more than 10 hrs from Manila to Riyadh. Booked myself at this hotel for an overnight. Was surprise the room provided was very clean, tidy and the amenities was A-OK. The room size was just perfect for me. The receptionist was so courteous and other staff were very accommodating. I am returning to this hotel and bring my family for a vacation soon.

Room Tip: I highly recommend this hotel for all travelers. The location is perfect, nearby restaurants and sho...
