“Good choice for budget Hotel”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed July 8, 2013

We've stayed in this hotel for 2 nights. I've asked/notified them that our arrival will be early (6 am), and if its possible to check in early. I'm not asking them to give us a room on exactly 6 am. We arrived at the hotel around 7:30 am and was told that we can only check in at 9am. Its ok waiting for atleast 2 hrs more, but when I came back around 9am to check, I was told that there's no room yet and earliest check in would be 2pm. Since we're already tired and do not have enough sleep, I asked them to refund may deposit and we will just look for another hotel. After doing that, we're able to checked in at 11am;

Nothing special with this hotel, the space was so small, we're 3 in the room. the extra bed was put in the middle of the 2 single beds thus we dont have enough space to move around.

I've already expected this situation as Tsim Sha Tsui is known as one of the crowded place in HK. Maybe on my next visit Its alot better to stay in Causeway bay.

Transferred from Marco Polo Gateway, I was expecting lesser rank with B P. But from the basic room, got an upgrade to the executive suite. From an expected small room of 22 sqm according to the room description provided by Agoda to the executive suite room, totally no complaints! Love it when the hotel has high occupancy that they bump you up to the next (several) categories higher.

After spending a lot of time walking to find the start of the Temple Street night market we discovered the street was opposite the hotel. The rooms are small but the bathroom is very efficient. The breakfast was very good buffet style, western as well as Chinese. First class coffee and the Business Lunch was excellent value for money served 12 to 2.30

Wi Fi is not free anywhere in the hotel so do not log on!! 100 HKD for 24hours.

The 7 to Eleven across the road do excellent noodles for less than 10 HKD

The Hong Kong symphony of lights over the harbour a short walk away was a big let down. A must visit is the Kwaloon Park next to the hotel only discovered the morning we left with fantastic outdoor pool.

The reception staff were very brusque but when ever we were in the lobby it was full of guests leaving and arriving. We did witness an aggressive attitude to tipping but discovered that was the expectation throughout Hong Kong. Would stay there again. Our room was on the 24th floor so lots of evening lights and buzzards soaring past in the morning. Air con very efficient

Its easily the most horrid experience of my life..
Even if tight on budget will never stay there again
Unfriendly, rude and unhelpful staff including the one's in reception..
No taxi support
No one really speaks English there
only good thing is rooms are reasonably good, food is ok and located in the center
otherwise nothing much to write about this hotel
It was my first time to Hong kong but this experience in BP hotel made me to decide never to go there again
This is my family's experience, may be if you are familiar with the local settings may be your experience would be different.
Even upon complaining to the Senior staff there noithing much changed there and it was plain and simply horrible.

A good hotel in the middle of the Kowloon district. We had an upper level room with views across the harbour. The room was good and comfortable although we had an incident with the room cards not being programmed properly but this was fixed reasonably promptly. All the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. The lack of free WiFi was a bit of a downer as it is one more of those unnecessary niggles.
Very close to "chinatown" across the road. where things like breakfast lunch and dimmer we cheap and OK (stand up noodles in 7/11 for breakfast was very cheap). The local starbucks was good and had free WiFi.

I stayed here between 14th May to 18th May 2013. The Hotel is well located amidst Kowloon and one can easily commute to any part in Hong Kong from here. i was staying on 21st floor and the view from here is amazing. This place has a convenience store and Wellcome super market bang opposite and hence comfortable for travelleres for sourcing groceries or other things.

Room Tip: The Harbour view rooms offer a terrific view and one can almost view the symphony of lights from her...
