“Perfect location, Great service!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 20, 2012

My husband and I stayed at the Park Lane Hotel for our honeymoon in November 2011, This is the second time we have stayed at the hotel and we werent disappointed. I highly recommend booking the executive package. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great (plenty to choose from) and the location is the hotel itself is perfect... Close to the MTR, Times Square and if you need a Taxi there are plenty available from outside the lobby. All staff we had contact with from the reception staff through to the cleaners we friendly and helpful

Room Tip: Ask for a Park View room... You wont be disappointed.

Around 9am I was woken up by renovation work in the adjacent room - very noisy hammering and stomping.
Called the front desk, and the staff responded they were not aware of renovation work taking place in the hotel!!! Really!!! I wondered weather the other guests usually take a hammer on their stay and bang the walls!!
After my second call, they admitted that the renovation is taking place and they will stop in 5 min. However, this did not happen, they only stopped hammering, but it remained very noisy.
Other then this "small" shortfall, the hotel is average in its class.

Stayed in Park Lane Hotel while on business. Overall I was impressed from arrival to departure. Staff took care of my bags and the service was what excellent. The room was spotless and luxurious too.

The breakfast was excellent.. huge array of pastries, american breakfast, fruits, dim sum and juices. I was very impressed with the selection.

I would recommend this hotel... but park view is a must.

I brought into this hotel with my husband and was able to view the festival of the Moon. Where Moon Cakes are brought and eaten on this particular day and children have modern blown up characters fitted with battery operated lights to celebrate this. I was also there whilst the National China day was celebrated with half anf hour worth of fireworks was let off. The hotel is very clear and the rooms spacious and we were luck enought to have a room over looking the park. The rooms are cleaned daily and the staff very polite!!

Room Tip: Ask for a room over looking park

Stayed here on our 2 most recent visits to HK. Impressed both times. Check in was efficient and staff have been great each time.

Both times had rooms with a harbour view from one side and a great view of Victoria park directly in front. Interesting bathroom- glass walls, but luckily little blinds for privacy. Really nice contemporary decor and everything looked newly renovated and well kept.

If I was to be picky, we had emailed in advance to ask the hotel not to put feather pillows on the bed, and although they responded to confirm this, when we arrived this had not been noted, so a bit of time was wasted getting this fixed. But really this is a very small point.

Great location. Many decent restaurants and bars nearby, shopping malls and the star ferry terminal in walking distance to get to Kowloon. Didn't eat at the restaurants here as there is so much choice nearby.

Would definitely return- unfortunately it is fully booked for my next trip, but am sure I will return in the future.

Close to most things, views are excellent, the bar on top of the building is cool and overall an excellent business hotel or for shorter trips, I personally wouldn't like to stay there for longer trips simply because it has a boring gym, no pool and rooms are a bit small for a couple.. it is the only reason why it gets four stars actually...

We really enjoyed our trip to Hong Kong. The hotel was perfectly placed for the city as well as the other various mode of public transport. Wehad a harbour view room which allowed us views of botht he harbour and the city scape. The rooms were clean and well appointed and the breakfast was plentiful.
