I was so impressed that Cathay Pacific was able to put us up quickly in a very nice hotel. The room was impressive, about the right size, great views, and almost impeccable. There was even a garden on the 3rd floor and a large pool. It's situated literally at the end of Terminal 1 in Hongkong Airport. I didn't have to cross the street as there was a walkway from the terminal to the hotel. Everyone was very efficient. It seems this is the hotel where most airline staff stay. The only drawback for me? Just as I turned into Registration, there was this urine type of odor coming from a bathroom in that lobby. The next day, I passed by the same area and the urea type of odor was still there. I can't imagine how a manager could pass by the area and not be dismayed by the smell. Hmmmp.
