On a recent 4 day stopover in Hong Kong stayed at this hotel.Location was excellent handy to Nathan St and shopping markets.Hotel was very comfortable and Horizon Club was worth the extra Tariff.with free breakfasts and afternoon Drinks {any variety] and nibbles. Staff were friendly and went the extra mile to please.A very pleasant experience!

Recommendation from Emirates to stay here, have to say, wonderful hotel, nice, comfortable, well appointed rooms, great staff v helpful, food good. Tapas Bar was amazing both for food and casual drinks, not too far from airport and everythingnismin easy reach, most places of interest just a stroll away.

We recently spent six days at this hotel to start an extensive trip to China. From the moment we checked in to the time we left the attentiveness to service was outstanding ranging from the front desk, lobby staff, room service, cleaning and restaurant. Rooms were very well appointed and kept very clean. The concierge were very helpful in providing information and guidance around the city. Meals were well presented, the breakfast buffet was excellent. Strongly recommend you try the tapas bar in the hotel as they serve excellent food at good value. Other restaurants especially the Italian and Chinese ones are expensive. Overall highly recommend this hotel especially if you want to be on the Kowloon side and within walking distance of the ferry to Hong Kong island.

In all honesty. I am disappointed. I am not someone who is overly precious but for the price of a room per night-disappointing. I came here with my wife after reading reviews from this site. We wanted a luxury holiday where we would be pampered and booked 7 nights. I am writing this from the Horizon Club on day 5. The hotel is nice, the staff are friendly enough but nothing more than any other 4 star hotel and as a Club guest, the staff have no idea this is my 5th day here, no "welcome back" just "what is your room number".
The hotel has a nice ambience although fairly tired and needing refurb. The rooms are big and nice, the harbour views are stunning but the windows are filthy. We have had facility breakdowns needing maintenance in our room. The food is outrageously expensive and below average in the cafe (We arrived late on 1st night and ate 2 watery noodle soups and a water in hotel cafe =$65AUD). I never write reviews but this should be out there. This hotel is 2x cost of five star in Sydney/Melbourne Australia without the extras you would expect from the usually excellent Asian hospitality. I would be satisfied at AUD$250 a night but at more than double, go elsewhere. I have had the good fortune of spending time in quality hotels around the world through work, this was my holiday venue and not one I can happily recommend as a high end holiday venue. Maybe different for business.
