Stayed at this hotel 4 nights on business. Excellent choice, excellent location and excellent service. Concierge lounge was well tended and provided great breakfast, decent snacks, and good desserts in evening. Utilized restaurant (Cafe) for breakfast one morning and that was also excellent. Would highly recommend for business or pleasure. Hotel is attached to Pacific Place mall as well.

We stayed at this hotel for 8 days on vacation. It is well located to get to number of Hong Kong Island attractions and areas. Our room was very nice - we had a partial view of the harbour and mountains. Our room included fresh fruit and bottled water - which was refreshed everyday. The room itself was very quiet - didn't hear any hallway noises - but could occassionally hear traffic noises. We usually went into the mall which is attached to the hotel to a cafe/grocery store in the bottom called good eats to get our breakfast or to other places along the streets - as the resturants are fairly expensive in the hotel itself. We also found a number of resturants within a 10 to 15 minutes walk for dinner- into Wan Chai. We also enjoyed the hotel's happy hour - 2 drinks for the price of one. The hotel also helped us book a day trip to Macau and had other tours available to help you book if you wanted to take that route versus travelling around by yourself.

First time staying here. Absolutely loved the hotel. Everything was great from the service, to the lounge, to the restaurants and bars. My only complaint is it is on the wrong side. All my business is in TST and Kowloon so staying here is inconvenient to getting across the Harbor.

We stayed at the JW for 6 days. It is expensive but worth the extra money. The hotel is attached to a mall and the mall is connected to the Metro and bus stations. Also, there are walkways connecting buildings so you can walk for miles without getting on the street.

We got an Octopus card that can be used in the Metro and the buses. It is very convenient as the buses do not give change. We used the MTR and buses to get around. Plenty of taxis but they are fairly expensive. Tried the in city check-in and the airport express on our way back and it was great and much cheaper than using a taxi.

The hotel was very busy with a lot of activity in the lobby area. The place was packed when we got there and check-in was a bit chaotic. The lounge is small and is split level. When you sit upstairs you have to come down to get your food and drinks - which is a pain. The rooms were smallish but with huge windows - we had a room facing the mountains.

Overall very posh hotel and will definitely stay there again.
