“Excellent”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 17, 2013 via mobile

I confess to being a Dim Sum virgin so can't really rate this against other such establishments but it was great. The whole ordering experience ( we only had to queue for 20 mins) was in itself a learning experience and the staff were very helpful. The food was incredible, especially the pork dumplings, and the whoever place was buzzing. We had a lot of items and beer and wine and the total bill was 1000 HKD which I thought was good value. I look forward to going again.

“Best meal I had in HK”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 16, 2013

Simply wonderful food.

Yes, it's verging on being a fast food outlet. You order on a notepad and they bring bits as they are ready, but the food is exquisite.

Excellent value

“Terrific Lunch - best in HK”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 14, 2013

We went here on the last day of a long trip to HK and China and instantly regretted that we hadn't been before ( there are 3 in the chain in HK). Arriving at about 12.30  the place was already busy and soon filled up completely with a queue at the door. It has the usual Dim Sum tick list and the choice while wide is not as great as the slightly more traditional restaurants. This more limited menu probably allows them to serve the food more quickly as is started arriving almost immediately, every dish was great with no disappointments. I highly recommend this place especially if you don't speak Cantonese (little is in English but you easily get by). The service was efficient and the atmosphere really buzzy, will defo be back

“Excellence delivered!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 4, 2013

A Taiwanese restaurant chain, first we came to know about in Bangkok, and then tried in Hong Kong. Lines were long as usual. But we're handled very professionally. The service was swift, very well coordinated and matched the food. While we had preordered food in waiting line, few additional items were brought out very quickly. For a nearly 200+ people bursting, food was precise and flavours perfect. For those who love Chinease food, this is one of the best place, globally!

“Very average and overpriced”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed August 20, 2013 via mobile

My wife and I went for lunch on a Tuesday and although the place ia very busy and had photos and videos of Tom Cruise visiting, it was a very average meal.

Food was plain, definitely lacking flavour in all dishes, does not compare to One Dim Sum and was four times as expensive at $400. Conpletely overpriced - left full but dissapointed.

You gave to go up two floora to find the bathrooms - such a big restaurant should have their own.
