“Beautiful hotel”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed July 17, 2013

This hotel is relatively new and is a quite beautiful place to stay. The metro stops at the mall which is next to the hotel and is only a few minutes walk away. The outdoor pool is gorgeous but the Jacuzzi was not warm. The rooms are decorated beautifully and the staff did their best to make our stay enjoyable. The only negative is that this hotel is a good distance from the primary tourist spots in Hong Kong. It cost $380 HK dollars for a taxi to the airport and is around $139 HK per person to take the Metro from the airport. The distance adds to the cost of the stay at this hotel which is usually priced less than those closer to the airport and harbor. We enjoyed our stay but did not take advantage of the restaurant on the property as it seemed a little too pricey as well. There were a number of families we noticed staying at this property when we were there. I would not mind staying there again, but if I was doing another layover I would

We stayed in a king deluxe which was organised and paid for through our travel agent. On arrival, breakfast buffet was $33 AUS per head which is quite pricey considering limited choices in food. Also room service was very slow to respond. On check out they insisted that we had our room upgraded and we were forced to pay for an upgrade that was never asked for. Overall for a 5 star hotel, it definitely didn't meet the standards.

I stayed here for a week while visiting family. Opted to stay here because it is close to my sister's apartment; it is also great value. Right next to MTR and 20-25 min metro ride to Central/Causeway Bay/Wanchai. Given that those areas are now so crowded with Mainlanders shopping etc, this location seems calm in comparison. Right next to the smallish Popcorn Mall which has many Asian dining choices, as well as a cinema. The rooms are new, clean and comfortable but they really should offer free wifi in this day and age. Good breakfast buffet. Also, had a drink on the 47th floor bar/Italian restaurant.

We stayed for three nights in July. The hotel is quiet, very clean and has good spacious rooms with comfy beds and all the usual facilities. It is a bit expensive to get wifi in your room but there is free wifi in the lobby. Customer service was excellent at all levels. The hotel is a little out of the city centre but just above a train station so transport was not an issue. Overall we really enjoyed this hotel and would stay again.

We stayed at this hotel for two nights early July. It's a new hotel with spacious rooms, very good beds, and sizable bathroom (toilet and shower separately, bathtub). Our room was on the 23rd floor and overlooked office buildings and a residential complex. My only complaint is the hotel's ridiculous wifi-rates. In this day and age this should simply come standard with the room. Another important thing to consider when choosing this hotel is if you are okay with being quite far away from Hong Kong's central areas like Soho. A taxi ride takes 20-30 minutes and costs around 100-120 Hong Kong dollars. Alternatively you can take the subway which is quite convenient and fast. The hotel sits atop a shopping mall and metro station. In order to reach the city's center you have to change ones. The shopping mall itself is very handy, comes with a Starbucks, as well as quite a number of good restaurants. Otherwise the area itself has nothing to offer. The hotel itself has restaurant/bar on the top floor which has stunning views.

New hotel in Kowloon East Tseong Kwan O area. Location is not in the downtown, but connected with the MTR East Kowloon Line. only 25 minutes to reach out CWB station in HK Island in the morning time of Saturday. Guestroom was great, spacious, nice decor with 2 double beds. Next to the hotel was Holiday Inn Express Kowloon East. Also, It connected with a local shopping mall with food, theatre, & retail fashion shops.

We stayed for five nights at the hotel in the month of February we booked for two rooms actually I arrived before my family because I went to china for my business trip so I arrived first before my family so at the arrival they provide me the room at 10:00 am though the check in time is 3:00 clock. And also upgrade our rooms The first impression that how service oriented they are I had read in few reviews that guest complaining for the early check ins actually we should understand that sometimes if the hotel is full how can they provide us early check –in. Than my family arrived at 12:30 and they provided us beer and juices as welcome drink. Our rooms were on the 38th floor with a very nice view of mountains from our room the room size is big, modern with all the amenities. The hotel is new very clean and modern the staff is very friendly and helpful and also very caring actually we are vegetarian so they provide us some Indian vegetarian curries and rice options in the breakfast on their own considering that there are few less options in vegetarian though the breakfast is great and full of options. Special thanks to the front desk staff and the restaurant manager Mr. Henry. Also Mr. Vincent tong the head of concierge he is very friendly and helpful. The housekeeping staff and the room service staff are also very efficient I must thank all of you for making our stay very comfortable. We will defiantly stay here again for our next visit to Hongkong.
