I stayed a few nights here in March and it was OK.
From reading lots of reviews of other places too, if you are on a budget you will be getting a very small room in HK. This place is no different and was expected before I arrived. It took me a while to find the hotel, but that was through no-ones fault but my own. It is fairly easy if you can read a map correctly ;-)
I arrived very early and was expecting to have to wait several hours before check-in, but my room was free and I was allowed to use it and catch up on some sleep after a long flight. The room had a double bed, small table, kettle and flatscreen TV (which could be used for internet but was awkward and slow). There is very little room for any luggage.
The 'en-suite' shower room was simply a frosted glass partition, but served it's purpose and unlike other HK "hotels" had the shower and toilet slightly away from each other so you could take a proper shower.
The room was generally clean and the bed comfortable, but it was fairly noisy.
The hotel is located well with the Yau Ma Tei MTR stop just at the end of the road. There is free WiFi and a free coffee machine in the hotel.
Generally this place is OK, but value for money it is not.
