“Dine on the Cloud at 103rd Floor”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed September 22, 2012

We picked up this 103 Cafe (formerly known as Chocolate Library) for lunch buffet on Saturday to experience dinning at 103 rd level (HK$298 plus 10% each person, 12:00-2:00pm). The grand and new hardware of the hotel, the views from this restaurant and the service all made us pleasant. However, the food is not impressive. Variety is not wide and there is no single dish that I want to repeat and repeat (unlike some of the food of buffet at Marriott or Grand Hyatt on Hong Kong Island).

The value is on the views and the brandname of Ritz Cartlon, not the food itself. Guests are decent, not noisy.

“Marvelous”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 7, 2012 via mobile

One of the best restaurant i've ever been. Located in the 2nd world tallest hotel in the world , Ritz Carlton Hotel Hongkong. The view is super breathtaking, overview the Hongkong city where all the skycrapers in Hongkong become small and not so tall anymore. The service is great, i made the reservation and they gave me the nice couch beside the window. The food is awesome japanese food. What i can say about this restaurant? Marvelous

“Amazing High Tea - Slightly Pretentious”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed July 24, 2012

The chocolate library high tea is phenomenal! Definitely one of the best high tea experiences I've ever had - from the decor, to the display of the set - perfect! Keep in mind that getting in is difficult though, you'll likely be placed on a long waitlist.

One thing I didn't care for though was the pretentiousness. When I went to the front (on the bottom floor) to make bookings, the lady at the front gave me a very displeased top-bottom stare down and made a very concerted effort of letting me know that shorts were not acceptable. It turned me off a bit, as I was on vacation and wanted to relax, but apparently she didn't care.

“Buffet Dinner.”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 16, 2012

A buffet dinner is served here, we didnt make it beyond the cold appetizers. The selection is mind-boggling. If you are a seafood and shellfish fan this is the place to go. The sashimi and salads are great. To be honest we went several times here and never really ate much of the hot selection as we enjoyed the seafood so much, and due to the overwhelming dessert buffet we skip the main course and go for the sugar:) The desserts are fabulous. If you want to truly pamper someone take them there. The selection will satisfy everyones cravings.
