We picked up this 103 Cafe (formerly known as Chocolate Library) for lunch buffet on Saturday to experience dinning at 103 rd level (HK$298 plus 10% each person, 12:00-2:00pm). The grand and new hardware of the hotel, the views from this restaurant and the service all made us pleasant. However, the food is not impressive. Variety is not wide and there is no single dish that I want to repeat and repeat (unlike some of the food of buffet at Marriott or Grand Hyatt on Hong Kong Island).
The value is on the views and the brandname of Ritz Cartlon, not the food itself. Guests are decent, not noisy.
