Queen's Road East is part of the first original (Queen's Rd) built in Hong Kong over 150 years ago so it has historical significance to the island. Queen's Rd East, now is a split off of the main passage road, Hennessey Rd, connecting Wan Chai to Happy Valley Race Tracks.
There are some interesting side streets with local residential and commercial activity, leading up to Happy Valley and two small parks for a sit down if you are tired from walking, neither particularly special. Unfortunately, there isn't much interesting to see here, considering the historical significance of the old Queens Rd. Thus, it fails to warrant recommendation for attractions to see while in Hong Kong, unless you are a HK history buff.
In that case, you can follow all four sections of the old Queen's Rd by starting on Queen's Rd. West to Queen's Road Central to Queensway, split off Henessey Rd to Queen's Rd. East all the way to Happy Valley Race Track.
