We stayed in a club room for four nights on a long weekend to Hong Kong. The service was fantastic and we made full use of the lounge facilities each night and for the simply wonderful breakfast in the morning. I thought the rooms a little small when we arrived but the superb use of space made them a pleasure to be in. Only gripe was the room we had was over the kitchen which made it a bit noisy at midnight for the cleanup. Small issue though. Laundry was back each evening pressed and folded. Did I mention the lounge for evening cocktails? Beautiful view out over the harbour and wonderful food. Wouldn't stay anywhere else in Hong Kong asit is close to all trains and ferries. Buy an octopus card well worth itif you are there for a couple of days.

We had a lovely five-day stay at the Hotel Icon in Kowloon, where my husband was attending a conference. I described this stylish hotel to my daughter as "snazzy". Our room facing the harbor was comfortable and lovely, amazing view (!) and also, the shower and bath area was luxurious. We would like to extend a special thank you to Kevin Lau, Night Manager, and to Cody Yuen, Assistant Concierge, for their kind attention to making our stay comfortable, and keeping us on track. They made sure we had everything we needed and wanted; offered good sightseeing ideas and also, helped us get around Kowloon in the most efficient ways.

The breakfast buffet was extensive and among the best we've ever enjoyed: made-to-order eggs and omelets, pancakes or french toast, various breakfast breads and pastry, meats, cheeses, salmon (grilled and smoked), a variety of fruit, fresh squeezed juice, delicious coffee, and also some nice dim sum items. The free minibar in our room was much appreciated, as well.

We would also thank the excellent housekeeping and Market restaurant staffs for detailed and conscientious attention. We look forward to visiting this hotel again, or perhaps, Hotel Icons in other cities.

This hotel is lovely, stayed for 3 nights, and perfect place to unwind after exploring Hong Kong. We had a harbour view Club room. The club was not like other club levels we have enjoyed - they served cocktails in the above and beyond bar From 6-8 pm and a full breakfast, beautiful food.

The hotel is linked to the nearby university Hotel and Tourism Faculty - which means the staff were from the uni, consequently they are still learning but want to please. On the day we left, we went for breakfast having left 2 suitcases outside out room door and notifying the concierge as such. When we returned from breakfast ALL our bags, jackets, and even my handbag had been removed from the room. This was slightly disconcerting, but they were only trying to do the right thing.
The gym has a fantastic view over The Harbour, is well equipped, and you are given a water bottle and sweatband, nice touch. I used the gym every morning, it wasn't busy but was always too warm - whereas the rest of the hotel seemed to be chilled too much!

But these are just pernickety things, they are definitely striving for excellence and are well on they're way.

I have been here for three nights and we had a great time. Service and staff is really top level. Design and environment are both very delightful so that you enjoy staying inside the hotel after the crowd and noisy of the city.

Rooms with view on HK island are recommended. GYM and Swimming pool are both very nice and the SPA is ok. We did not have any treatments as there was no time to schedule.

Shuttle service also very enjoyable.
