we came from china and so our train from hung hom is very near to this hotel, i think the metre didnt even jump at all. Staff are friendly, but i had a super bad experience when i check in, which is around 8 male mainlanders took the same lift as me, they talk extremely loud as if i m in a disco right up to 16 storey, and then i told myself i will ban this place for sure!!!!! The room is designer, bed is comfy with reasonable walking space, free mini bar items like soft drinks and some M&M. No breakfast unless you are staying in club room. I love Dim sum so i wont have hotel breakfast unless its very nice and special. Had a nice swim too in their pool, hubby enjoy their well equip gym. Wanted to have dim sum when i check out but its fully book, so if you wish to have your meals inhouse, you have to book in advance despite you are inhouse guest. I love their special bathtube but their shower area is not practical, i am freezing with the cold air blowing as there is no door. Although there is shuttle bus but its a hassle going bk hotel unless you really have the time to wait for the shuttle to come, we spent quite a bit on taxi from mongkok area, in short,If you want to see the harbour then you wont be staying in a shopping belt, that is something we have to be realistic about. Personally,I would rather pay this price to stay in mongkok area more convenient for food and shopping, harbour city is a good place to shop for labels, you can find all brands there :)

I just stayed at this hotel yesterday. I stayed on the 27th floor in a corner room facing the harbour. The view was amazing. Room was clean wiht a gorgeous really deep bath and lovely amenities including fluffy robes, a pillow menu, m&M's, juice, water, coffee machine, tea and soft drinks and beer - all included in room rate. We also had access to the Above and Beyond Lounge which was a great place to have a wonderful breakfast, cocktails or snacks. The pool was lovely, gym had the best equipment.

This hotel is not in the thick of the hustle and bustle of Hong Kong but they do provide a complimentary shuttle to Harbour City which is where the shopping and other restaurants are. But its' a short walk to Hung Mon train station and cabs are cheap to get to the other side.

I would definitely stay here again it was my birthday and they left a cake and a lovely card in my room for it - very nice!

Room Tip: Go for gold and get the most expensive you can afford on the 27th floor they do in room check in and...

Contemporary facility with exceptional service. Valued as 4th in top 25 best hotels in Asia in 2012, and my biggest surprise was the spaciousness of my room. This hotel is owned by the polytechnic university of HK and the staff is mostly in training - super friendly, fast an efficient. The bed is very comfortable and shower/bathroom is top-notch modern open walk-in rain shower in a large bathroom. The hotel is modern in design and in technology - TV is computer integrated, programs of city maps and other software features. FREE mini-bar in the room, which is pretty unheard of!
The 9th floor infinity outdoor infinity pool is fantastic and has a million-dollar view of the HK island.
I'm paying $300 a night, the same room in NYC is more than $600 per night.

From the moment you arrive you’re made to feel like royalty.

We were greeted by Winnie when we arrived and she did not rest until we were checked in and personally taken to our room. She and all the staff were genuinely so friendly and welcoming, that you know whoever is in charge of customer relations is doing their job exceptionally well!

We also booked a massage at the spa wellness centre (on the 9th floor). I am not kidding, you have not had a massage until you have had one from here. They go out of their way to make it an experience rather than just a massage. Upon arrial, you start your ‘rest and relaxtion time’ which involves meeting the massuers, drinking hibiscus tea, selecting the fragrance you want your room to smell like for the duration of your massage (I am not kidding!) and being guided by your personal receptionist who helps you choose the right massage for you. The whole thing, from start to finish was truly magical. Oh, and the actual massage was DIVINE too!!

I won’t go on with a long review, except to say, I have stayed in hotels all over the world and this place ranks in the top three for me. It was the little things that impressed me the most…

A MUST VISIT FOR ALL!!!

Room Tip: Pay the little extra and get a room on the club floor - you are treated like royality and the added...

We stayed here for two nights of a weekend sight-seeing trip to Hong Kong. The hotel is beautiful and well-designed, with a very cool clean vibe to it, even down to the hip and professional staff. The room had a great style to it, with sleek furniture and an amazing comfy bed, and unusually designed bathroom. We loved the harbour view from our room too.
What we loved best about the hotel, though, was the 9th floor gym and rooptop pool, which were both so modern and chic. The top floor restaurant and bar, too, were fantastic, with wonderful (expensive) food and a very knowledgeable staff. This seemed like the ultimate chic hotel and we would definitely go back.

Stayed at the hotel after reading the reviews and I wasn't disappointed. Space age bathrooms were just stunning with fabulous rain shower heads built into the ceiling and fabulously deep baths with their own television. Bars, restaurant and leisure facilities were all top notch. Staff were so so helpful. Only regret? Only two nights! Will definitely stay again!
